I can't think of a worse place to get medical attention after being involved in an accident. Beware Mail Carriers! This clinic is NOT staffed with a 'Medical Doctor'. They have a Nurse Practitioner who happens to be completely indifferent and definitely not someone you would want in charge of your wellbeing. Rude and incompetent come to mind but it's beyond that. Also, this clinic will not help you filing for Workers Comp and furthermore, the Dept of Labor will not accept a medical diagnosis from a nurse practitioner anyway, so going to this place is a complete waste of your time and not in your best interest. The Post Office might take you here BUT as an injured employee you have the right to go see any doctor you wish to see at a clinic of your choice. If you have Kaiser Insurance like many of you do, just go directly to their Urgent Care Center and see a Medical Doctor there and have 'a thorough examination' . If you have PPO insurance, you can practically go anywhere you want to and get reimbursed later. You can also file your own CA1 on Ecomp.com -it's easy and efficient. There is also a place in Torrance called, Renewth Strength Medical Group, where they do all the paperwork for you and have a caring staff and a licensed Medical Doctor available. Getting hurt while on the job is very stressful and you need to be in the best possible hands to make this awful situation as easy as you can, and that involves choosing the right provider. read more

It just gets worse every time. Sophia Duran is terrible, neglectful and should be nowhere near anyone in need of medical help. As I was waiting to be seen, those walls are paper thin and she's communicating to Khyrie Jones and other people in the office talking about a patient lying about her condition and that they see as a field trip out of work. Then when she finally comes to see me she asks me where my pain is and I show her, I express I still have pain when I move around too much and she tells me "well it's been X amount of time, eventually you will have to work again" despite me still working, just on modified duty but she lifted all those restrictions because according to her I should be better by now. Essentially they go in to see their patients with their mind made up of how the appointment will go despite the concerns/conditions of their patients. read more

I arrived at this location for onboarding requirements: basic physical, TB test, and drug test. I provided my very valid unexpired Drivers License and completed the appropriate forms. Returned the forms and rendered my license per the request of the front desk staff/April. Arrival time 9:02 am by 9:43 am I approached to ask about the return of my license... "After I scan it into your file I will give it to you right now"---states April. 30 seconds later I am met by the Office Manager inquiring why do I have two surnames... My maiden and married name; is hyphenated by law. I cannot file my taxes or legally work under my married name because it is not attached to my social security number. Not only that I can use any name I opt to. After being made to feel like I was committing some form of fraud for a physical and TB test, I waited another 20 minutes until I again approached the desk to inquire about the return of my paperwork so that I could go to another facility. Literally April's weird biased and accusatory behavior made my visit horrid, cost me more in parking fees, raised my blood pressure, and made my stay faaar longer than it needed to be while she did only God knows what with my license for 43 minutes without making a chart. The office Manager Ronnie asked after my impromptu clandestine call to the side "Are we ok?" Then they called a patient who had just walked in. Fyi my id. Was never scanned! What time did I leave 10:35, no identification was scanned to effectively place me in the system. I had to request repeatedly the return of completed documentation that had my social security number on it and had to pay 15.00 in parking fees. This should never happen to anybody, ever. It was weird, discriminatory, and pointed. The excuse was, "We've had some issues in the past from Workers Comp"... I wasn't there for Workers Comp, but solely for a TB skin test and Basic physical which included a urine drug test. I'd be remiss if I didn't add I was also choc full of urine for naught! I want what happened to me to be addressed vehemently, April was the catalyst of my horrid experience from holding my license for 43 minutes and doing nothing with it (legally), not creating resolve, not disclosing whatever info was needed to obtain clarity, and then not scanning the id to generate a position in the queue. So what exactly was the motive? I forgot in my angst to mention, that when Ronnie walked in the front doors and walked through the door to the front desk, he walked to April and laid his head on her shoulders, April then proceeded to rub Ronnie's bald head intimately, I assert Ronnie and April are running an--activity with identifications and social security numbers. Now, Ronnie and April, tell me I am wrong.... in public, I am filing a police report, I suspect (my opinion, my experience April and Ronnie are a team that for whatever reason are presumptively harming clients and operating in a deplorable, criminal and discriminatory manner. I have been a repeated victim of identity theft, Not only did Ronnie call me into a room, but then asked me "What do you do, What job are you applying for?" They were very detailed and very weird. This Reliant is a presumed criminal operation. They both went into a "meeting" / April was not at the front desk and Ronnie was gone after my impromptu clandestine meeting he called me into. They both never reappeared upon my departure at 10:35 am There was also a Police Officer who arrived and was at the front desk checking in when I had to demand my paperwork that had my social security number on it. read more

Typical intake 30/60/90 minutes even including xray was fine. Then room# 7 waiting for the doctor to give him time to review chart and assessment of care plan going forward. I came in about 11:35am, it's now 3:21pm, approaching 4 hours??? This is an operational nightmare!!! Someone needs to conduct time motion study and figure out where the bottle neck is and decides what's acceptable.. read more

This place needs more staff. I visited this location to get prescribed antibiotic and it took more than 3 hours. There was a staff who seems to do all the works, he even picks up the extecalls (not sure why the receptionist seems so chill and doesn't pick up the calls). I was seen by a nurse practitioner for less than 5 minutes and just waiting for 3 hours. They even let me wait 45 mins to be discharged. It was very frustrating experience as a patient. read more

Sorry folks. I used to recommend this urgent care to my neighbors in DTLA but after my most recent experience, I will no longer refer folks and, in fact, suggest they go elsewhere. I took a blood pressure reading from my home monitor on a Saturday and it was very high. I walked over to this office and they immediately charged me $250 just for walking in the door. The nurse who took my vitals was very nice. My blood pressure was still high even though I had no headache or other symptoms. When the doctor saw me, I was impressed with her as she was very sweet and straightforward. Told me they could do nothing for me and suggested I make an appointment with my doctor immediately or go to the ER. No medication, no tests, just the suggestion to go to the ER. $250 to be sent to the ER! Ridiculous! read more

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I've come here about three times (usually for swimmers ear) and have had no issues. If you don't want to deal with ridiculous wait times I suggest coming when they open. The last few times I went I arrived right on opening. My only issue is the parking situation. FRAUD ALERT! Come here for medical treatment. Deal with credit card fraud for weeks after. Trying to pay their niggling $3 copay on 5/12 and girl at desk says they don't have Apple Pay. She suggests I hand my phone over to her. I had my card right in my pocket, but I give her my phone because I was preoccupied with health issues. Subsequent days and weeks later, multiple fraudulent charges start appearing in my Apple Pay (on the virtual number, not the physical card) from around the country that I did not authorize. Now I've got to take corrective steps and get a new card number. Emailed Reliant on 5/23 asking them to get in touch with me about this and NO RESPONSE. Shameful and unprofessional. read more

Pretty typical urgent care experience in that the bedside manner and wait times make for a frustrating experience. No sense of how long the wait time would be was given and I had no reason to suspect a long wait time when there were only two others in the lobby at the same time as me. I checked in at 830am and was taken to the back at 850am, I ended up not speaking to another person until asking for assistance/an update at 940am. Then, upon asking for an update on wait times, I was told that it would be an additional hour and a half because there were three patients ahead of me and that I probably should have gone somewhere else since they're a workman's comp clinic primarily. I find it somewhat hard to believe that three people were receiving a full half hour's worth of devoted attention each from this staff or that somehow there were scores of other patients already there when I arrived who were in the queue ahead of me. I get that it's urgent care and first come first served but literally any effort could be made to keep people informed of current wait times. Or at the very minimum, to not act SHOCKED when someone asks for an update after being cordoned off in a room for almost an hour without a check in :) read more

Super clean and very nice staff. They explained everything and even showed me my xrays and talked me through them. The wait was about an hour, which is to be expected. My old urgent care closed up. Checking the website of my health insurance provider this was the closest alternative. After a trip to Orange County I ended up with wounds on my legs. The pcp prescribed an antibiotic but as the wounds were in a hard to reach area and it still hurt somewhat when sitting on the edge of the bed so I felt a need to have the wounds looked at and treat it as necessary. Waiting room has cramped chairs, very uncomfortable. Despite what the website says only the LAX location is 24/7 for urgent care. This one is still 24/7 for worker's comp. After only a short wait I was seen. Doctor and his assistant quickly assessed and treated. Very satisfied with how my medical needs were met. Just wish they had better seating. read more

I was sent to this location through workers comp for hand therapy and to make sure my hand was ok. I had a bad experience somewhere else. The team here is so nice. It's clean and i felt welcome. Eric Murillo attended to my hand therapy, along with other staff. He made the experience fun and took his job serious in regards to my therapy. Chris and Emily are also great. Absolutely horrible service. The reason people go here is because they need URGENT care. It seems like their staff isn't coordinated as the person in the front is telling you something way different then what it really is when you're in. But besides that, when the doctor finally saw me, she seriously wasn't even looking like she was listening to me. She recommended me a simple OTC remedy and was storming out the room as I stopped her to ask questions. I never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider. Do NOT come here for their occupational testing. I came for what is supposed to be a quick TB test that's required. It's literally less than 5 min to do the test, and 10 seconds to read the test 48 hours later. I was told after waiting an hour the first day that there would be no wait when I came back to get my arm read because it's so easy. LIES LIES LIES. Don't advertise that you offer occupational services if you can't even do it in timely manners for those who work. I waited over an hour just to have someone read my test. I have to get this test done every year and this UC has been the worst experience thus far in getting this requirement done. If I could do negative stars I would. When I finally was called for the check, the MA didn't even properly check for induration. My skin was never touched. And this was done at the receptionist desk in front of the entire waiting room. NEVER AGAIN. The reviews are accurate. I hit my head at work and have a gash in my scalp and confusion, trembling, etc. I check in and shortly after, A guy comes out to say the doctor suggests i go to the ER for head injury. So it's serious enough for me to go to the ER, but not serious enough to get me back to see a doc. I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room before getting called back. Worth noting there were only 2 patients there when i got there, and 1 more came in. They all got seen and left before I was called back. Sat in the exam room for 30 minutes and finally walked out. 2 doctors/nurses and 2 people at the front desk all at their computer. No other patients that i saw. Waiting over 3 hours, not even a water fountain in the waiting room. I have a head injury, I'm thirsty and I'm over it. Fuck this place. And fuck my $45 copay and the $17 for parking. Literally, fuck this place. After looking at their website, I guess i should have bought the fast pass. Who tf offers a fast pass for medical care? Is not Halloween Horror Nights. I went here for a covid test that they promised I would have the results back in 24 hours. After my telemedicine appointment, I went to their office early and I still had to wait an extra hour and twenty minutes. I purposely scheduled it during lunch but they don't respect appointments, so I had to wait. After my test they said I would get an email in 24 hours. No email came. So I drove all the way back to the their office to get my results. Again, they made me wait an hour, and after that I had additional appointments and I had to leave. They promised when the person in charge of medical records was back from his break, he would contact me. It has now been three days. Still nothing. I rely on these results in order to work. I have missed 3 days because of their poor services. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Beware. read more

I received PT for the last two months with all providers: Eric M, Theresa, and Chris. My main provider for PT was Eric, who was great! Very patient, motivating and gave great recommendations on what stretches to do at home as well. Marlene in reception is very sweet and was able to reschedule my sessions when I couldn't "t attend. 10/10 for cleanliness, being patient, really focusing on the area of body impacted and for the actual improvement over time. This is my second time at this location, but today I was in the physical therapy section. Still awesome people! I had the privelage of working with Yvette, Marlene and Eric. I really appreciate when humans are kind. Also, when I see employees smiling and laughing together, I know the energy is right. Yvette was very patient and gave me some simple exercises. Marlene had lovely energy and Eric caused some giggles. Ratnarathorn was super friendly and seemed like she really cared about helping people. I've read the other reviews and I think it's important to remember that the staff do not own this facility. They seem to be doing the best they can. And, I should mention it's very clean so not sure why someone posted about a fly! Lol At the end of the day, these people are trying to make a living and they show up everyday to help others. They miss holidays, birthdays, school plays and so many other magical moments so that they can provide quality care. I have insurance through the state and I can tell you there are far worse places than this. My doctors office has had a trashcan with graffiti on it for over five years. Writing this review solely based on our experience with the MA London who helped my boyfriend and I Saturday night. Around 5 p.m., Saturday I had received a text from my boyfriend believing that he might have broken his toe while training kicks and practicing defense at the Dharma Institute. Upon him showing me his toe, which appeared to be badly bruised we immediately starting looking for urgent cares in his network to see if he could get an x-ray (we know there's not much one can do for a broken toe other than tape it, but we wanted to make sure it was broken). There were a few urgent cares listed in his area. All but one were closed. Reliant was the only location that stayed open till 11 p.m. Their location was easily accessible, located right off the 9th street exits off the 110. There are two parking structures right before it that offer 10$ parking after 4 p.m. The waiting area was nice and clean, we arrived and were greeted promptly by London. She pointed out that my boyfriend's HMO wasn't covered by them and that if he wanted to be seen by them he would have to pay out of pocket. Realizing this wasn't an option he wanted, she then spent the next twenty minutes helping up determine other urgent care locations (his ER co-pay is stupid ridiculous so we opted to not go to an ER). Because Reliant was still showing up as an approved vendor on my boyfriend's plan, London reached out to a colleague/superior who confirmed that his plan was accepted but it was in Reliant's system under another name. London could have easily turned us away, but she took it upon herself to help us look for other places and confirm as to whether or not Reliant was able to attend to my boyfriend. We were very grateful that she was that helpful, saving us multiple trips to other Urgent Cares. She also informed us of their second location near LAX that's open 24 hours, and confirmed that they would be able to see my boyfriend. (This was good news as he is accident prone and is always getting hurt. Any way for him to avoid the ER due to his stupid co-pay) The Doctor was kind, the MA's were personable, and the facilities were up to date, clean. All in all a 5 star experience considering we were in an urgent care at 9pm at night. read more

Cute clinic, upscale location, horrible customer service. My boyfriend went in for a covid nasal swab, through the alleyway drive thru. The young man swabbed extremely roughly (both nares) and invoked more unnecessary pain than needed on him. I'm aware that nasal swabs are uncomfortable, but please train your staff to do better. I work in two hospitals, I know this rough approach was uncalled for. My boyfriend also had a very hard time getting his test result back. We had to call back twice. The first time they kept giving him the run around and transferring him to different extensions (um, unorganized much) and the second time, a very rude man told him to stop calling and to set up a video chat appt through Telemed online and not once had anyone prior told him that was the only way to get his result. Once his video appt was on, he had to repeat his symptoms twice because the staff interviewing him weren't relaying his answers over to the next person. Annoying. The cherry topper was the horrible connection Reliant had. Whilst our connection was crystal clear (5GLTE) theirs kept breaking up and the doctor was struggling listening to a lot over the other side of the call. Was very skeptical going here because of all the negative reviews. But if you decided to go here! Let me give yuh some tips on how to proceed with a coivd test with ease... My girlfriend and i this morning schedule an appointment for the rapid test (usually get your resluts 1-5hrs) cost 175$...We got two different time slots that was near to each because we could not select a time together which was fine and they will let you go together.. We arrive to this location a little confused because we thought there was a drive in testing zone. They do not have any drive in testing .. only for certain workers.. i saw a bunch of police waiting in the car ready to get tested.. Luckily i saw one of the workers talking to the police that was parked.. she informed that they do not perform drive ins anymore and i would have to wait in the line.. Since we did have an appointment schedule we did not have to wait to long. Once we signed in with the front desk we waited outside for about 15 minutes before they called us in. The test was a nose swab both nostrils. Tht took 5 minutes. Then we got our results in about one hour. It only took both of us 30 minutes to get tested.. Break down.. You are not waiting inside no drive in test Schedule your appointment before hand Arrive early before your apt time You will get in and out 30mins - 1hour read more

I was tested for COVID in the ally using the Fast Pass and had a great experience -- well minus the actual test swab up my nose (not pleasant) haha. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of the wonderful customer service by Melissa Mora. I called a number of times to check on my results and Melissa was a delight to talk with, she was patient, friendly, and very helpful. It's a crazy time right now, anxiety is high for many, and it was very refreshing to work with someone who went above and beyond to help and had a great attitude. Whoa, read others' reviews...looks like their shady billing practices are common! In November, Husband and I went in for flu symptoms, waited a while, finally saw a dr and he didn't give us any antibiotics, just said to take Ibuprofen and drink water. But that's not why the one star. The one star is because Reliant chose to be super shady in their billing practices. Rather than billing our visit as preventative care as ALL other urgent care places would for a visit like that, they chose to bill it as "other" which means that the total cost for the visit went towards my insurance's deductible and required us to pay an extra $40 each. Normal co-pay is $40 for urgent care visits. They're billing us an extra $80. We've disputed the charges. Will never visit again. read more

Should be a 1-star but I had a decent experience with my provider after an otherwise terrible overall experience. Not sure what the confusion is with appointments but clearly there's some lack of training for front desk attendants. After confirming an appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and was told that I was confused/made a mistake because the only appointments they take are for COVID tests. I had a confirmation and everything that was not for a COVID tests and the woman (her name was something like Krista or Crystal) told me to wait like everyone else and it would be at least an hour. The website suggests filling out the general info form/online check in before arriving so they have all the patient info instead of filling it out in the clipboard. The woman could see I submitted something online but wasn't able to open it so made me fill it out again. It also took forever for them to enter my insurance info and get their admin team to confirm my insurance. Good thing is, they do take insurance so I just had to pay my copay amount upfront and no added fees for exams, etc. I waited over an hour despite having made an appointment and then another 30+ minutes inside the consultation room (? idk what the proper term for the rooms is) for the provider to see me. Clearly there's a staffing shortage, especially since it wasn't even that full when I went (Tuesday before noon) and everything was taking so long. Also, it's unbelievable that they promote parking as of the parking garage is for the urgent care (misleading signage) but don't validate. And it's an absurdly expensive flat rate (for an urgent care) since it's one of the "crypto.com arena lots" so the price of parking is consistent with nearby arena/venue parking prices. Usually going to urgent care implies not feeling well and/or needing medical attention so, they should try to make the experience for the patients a little more pleasant than the menial, disorganized and inconsistent bs they currently provide. I appreciated how seamless things seemed on the website (setting up an appointment and commodity of filling out the paperwork ahead of time) but that seemed to be a false process since the Reliant employees were neither aware that there was an option for patients/customers to make appointments nor able to pull up the pre-submitted forms and required documentation. read more
