After meeting Mark with Noah's Ark Fencing, I knew I had found the right person for the job. I had an old chainlink fence from a previous project that needed to be removed. Mark provided a fair estimate, gave me a clear timeframe for completing the work, and followed through exactly as promised. From start to finish, Mark was professional, punctual, and committed to doing quality work. He used high quality materials and went above and beyond to address even the smallest concerns I had. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was done right really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Noah's Ark Fencing to anyone in need of fencing services. Mark's work is 10 out of 10, and he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Excellent work, fair pricing, and someone you can count on!

Best Choice is what you want in a contractor, particularly if you are an investor or otherwise…read moredon't want to overpay just because your contractor shows up in matching uniforms. First, Armando and Michelle are excellent people to work with, and, I think above all, genuine - they don't put on any sort of commercialized song and dance, instead they show up and tell you what they think needs to be done, and then offer you a great price to do it (we are talking half the price of the commercialized folks, in total they were the lowest out of 4 bids). And to be completely honest: Yes there are some times when they are a bit optimistic about timing (and yes they like to take the weekend off, like normal human beings) and yes, if they discover something wrong along the way (like a rotted beam) they will have to adjust the price - but I did not deduct a star from their rating because this is the world of contracting, not starbucks, and they must be rightfully compared to their peers. And in that regard, this is the team you want!

Choice Home Warranty is scratching the bottom of the barrel with this company. I would give zero…read morestars if possible. I have had 3 different interactions with them, and all have been negative. They are extremely unprofessional, faking charges to the HW company that they did not do, then ask for a positive review. He yelled at my tenant and was rude and unhinged when communicating with me. Dominguez Electric was assigned as part of Choice Home Warranty repair service call for a fuse…read morewhich kept tripping. When the technician arrived, he collected the $100 Choice service fee then informed me that he was not able to perform any diagnostic or perform any work until Choice approved the claim. He then sat in his truck with his girlfriend for about twenty minutes before departing, citing the claim had been denied. I immediately called Choice who informed me the claim had not been denied and was still being processed. A few days later I noted the claim had been marked "complete" by Choice. When I called to inquire why, they stated it was based on the service technician's notes. I explained multiple times, to multiple Choice representatives through their warranty appeals process, about the deceptive practice and was wholly ignored. Although the electrician performed no work to diagnose the issue, entered fictious notes into the Choice portal which resulted in the claim being denied, Choice's response was that they stood by the notes entered by the Dominguez electric tech. I encourage anyone who has faced similar issues with Choice or Dominguez Electric to file a complaint with the Texas State Attorney General's office for deceptive business practices.
