I recently purchased a home in Hammond, IN with Donna Zisoff's help. Before I could begin looking…read morefor houses in earnest, I had to find a realtor. I had luck with Coldwell Banker agents in different markets so I decided to start with the closest office they had to my desired home location. After reading profiles for several agents, I decided on Donna. I'm very glad that I did. It was great to have such an experienced and dedicated person working on my behalf to help identify potential homes, assess and compare homes and then help me close the best deal I could. With her guidance, I am convinced that I paid less for the house then I would have if left to my own devices; both in the final purchase price and the conditions put on the closing following the inspection. Donna is sharp, fair and has a solid understanding of market value. She was always prompt in getting back to me, had an excellent understanding of what I was looking for in a house and is a genuinely good person. I would highly recommend Donna Zisoff.

I discovered a basement that wasn't on the lease that had dead and alive cats in it. I moved in to my unit march of last year and was told my deposit wasn't coming back in the full amount because I terminated it early. I was told my lease was up at the end of march when I asked about my money and I stated that technically that's a 13month lease not a 12 month lease and Cindy was the one that looked at my lease and told me my renewal information and everything then later tried to lie and say we never spoke about my notice and stated the property doesn't keep track of when tenants leases are up. We were new to Northwest Indiana, but Mr. Nathan Reeder helped us select an ideal city for us to consider during our home search. Mr Reeder is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly and advocates for his customers 100% through the real estate buying experience. He and the rest of his family own and operate this real estate company, so their heart and souls are invested in every business relationship they join. Since home buying can be very stressful and new to many, Mr. Reeder helped us remove some of those frustrations by giving us quality referrals for other services, including an excellent mortgage broker and home inspector. Communication was always prompt, professional and best suited to meet our busy schedules. I can tell you that many realtors out there are very superficial, fake, or pushy when it comes to closing a deal, but like a true professional that Nathan Reeder is, he made almost every other realtor out there pale in comparison to his business ethic and knowledge; we were always confident in his abilities to help us find a great home! Because of his excellent business, we will refer family and friends wishing to become part of the Northwest Indiana community to Reeder Realty!
