Caulk facia and trim, put in a one-way (1ft rolled up chicken wire and steel wool in an area where bats have entered your house), and install cages over vents on your roof. They will do this within 2 hours and charge you over $1,800. If you are able-bodied and have even the most minimum of know-how, buy yourself the tubes of caulk and cages and save at least $1,600, depending on the new cages you need. They also will not provide you with a breakdown cost from material and man hours. This is because Orkin and their salesmen know how badly they are ripping people off. Please heed the warning, and save yourself time. This has been the worst experience of "professional services" I have ever had. They do not fix the problem.
