I contacted Serge roofing because I was considering buying a multifamily 8 unit in Quincy. The…read moregentleman I spoke to was Cody. He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. They would rather refuse my business to have integrity than take my money and not have any. Five stars thank you guys so much

Dave Keck is a miracle worker. We have dealt with various issues over the years, and every single…read moretime, Dave has gone above and beyond to take care of us. He has stayed late, showed up early, and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. One of the issues we had ended up being unrelated to plumbing, but Dave still checked up on us days later to make sure everything turned out okay... nobody but Dave would do that! He communicates clearly to ensure you understand the problem - I have learned a lot about plumbing and homeownership from him! - and his pricing is fair and honest. Anytime I call, he is quick to respond and shows the utmost concern. We are so lucky to have Keck Plumbing on our side!

Justin's work was truly excellent. He pays attention to details, and doesn't forget things. I'd mention something I'd like done in the room, then later pass through, and notice he had already done it. His rates are more than fair, and work is simply top-shelf all the way. We won't be calling anyone else for carpentry and remodel work in the future besides Entrup and Justin.
