Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.

I knew there was no way I'd be able to get a same day appt with my dr so I decided to use an urgent care. First off, the facility is extremely clean. The staff was pleasant and the check in was fast and easy. I was seen promptly and the dr took her time and was extremely thorough in her diagnosis. I would highly recommend this location for treatment instead of waiting for an appt with your regular doc.

Especially when the last 45 minutes the recording said that there was "ONE person ahead of me ". I've been trying to get in touch about my prescription which is vital to my health. If they are that busy than might I suggest hiring at least another person if only to answer calls? They have been this way for the couple years I've gone there and only seems to get worse. I'm exhausted and STILL have no answers about my prescription!

They have incorrect cms form information and refuse to update their billing information so health insurance can appropriately send checks. I literally have tried to make payments more than 5 times for each date of service just for them to tell me they are unwilling to bill correctly and i have to provide all my information into a third party platform ( which could sell your phi data as it is not housed in the US and does need to comply by HIPAA law in other countries- literally in their privacy notice) just to make a payment after my health insurance has attempted to pay and evaluated the bill. If you get your individual account number from the biller you can pay at the front desk of the urgent care facility ( well after service is rendered and bills evaluated - meaning another trip is necessary) which is the only reason this gets more than one star currently.
