this is literally the worst lab I've been to. I tried it because its closer to where I live now. I sat and waited for 20 minutes for a stool sample kit.... And got passed over by two people! lady at the front watched me walk in and then shut the window before I could get a word out and ignored me until someone else came in and she then called her name after I'd been sitting there for 10 minutes already! I asked for my kit and she threw her sticky notes at me and told me to write my information down because "we can't just give it to you" well lady clearly but you didn't even give me the opportunity to say any of that! Just plain rude. Not even close to being busy there was three of us there. I'll be driving into Toledo from now on. I work in health care and have the decency to communicate with patients. read more

Absolutely the worst service in the area. Slow is not an exaggeration. 40 minutes to be checked in.

Receptionist who gave me the "kit" needed to provide samples screwed up not once but TWICE. Just this week. I've had to go off my medications twice because of this in order to provide samples. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to go get the kit 3X, and my doctor not receiving results that he should have been able to get in 24 hours. She has screwed up before losing orders that were sent to them for a blood draw too, making me have to sit and wait for my doctor to send them and then have her put them in the system. I would give this lab a negative review. I've been here twice since it is close to my house but they are so inefficient it is incredible. I sat for 20+ minutes to be registered. There was one person in front of me who had her labs drawn and I still sat for 20 minutes. So ridiculous. read more

I called there to make sure that they were open because that had been previously closed due to covid. The lady I talked to was extremely rude stating um yeah why wouldn't we be then I proceeded to tell her I was making sure before I came there and asked if they do urine test there that my doctor had order she said we are a lab that's what we do blood and urine ok make sure you are here by 4:30 we don't wait we close promptly @ 430 so I got on my chart scheduled appt signed all documents. When I was walking in the lady behind the glass yelled with window shut the chick for the urine is here then opened the window scratched off my name and said across the wtg room don't put your last name on the clip board I said ok and she said put that mask above your nose very rude I asked her if she was the one I spoke to on phone no slammed window then yelled with window shut u can go back not knowing if she was speaking to me I continued to wait she then came out and said I said You can go back. I went and gave my sample when I was coming out a lady asked me to verify patient information which I did then I asked do you know if my doctor ordered a urine test to see if I was dehydrated she said no she wasn't sure I said no big deal I will shoot my doctor a message on my chart so I was leaving and I heard a lady say really what a dumb question she says she is dehydrated yet she can produce urine what a joke I turned around came back down hall and said I am still here and I can here you talking about me she said I'm so sorry I didn't know I said that was so unprofessional. I started to leave, and I came back so I could the name seeing's how she didn't have a promedica badge on I asked her for her name because I was going to report it to compliance she then got upset and stated I was not getting her name and said she wasn't even speaking about me however she had just apologized 2 minutes prior but now that I was reporting it she denied it stating she was talking about another patient which I don't believe regardless she is still talking negative about a patient and where other patients could here which really is a HIPPA violation 1st she had nothing to do with my care and 2nd she was talking so other patients could hear the whole experience was awful I will never go there again and I will make sure to tell other people the same I also reached out to supervisors of the labs and wanted to file a complaint I was able to reach one left voicemail for one and haven't heard back since. read more

Not the nicest people and its always a long wait. One of the worst places if your sick to have to be.
