We agreed on the price and started service at two cleanings per month, with payment at the end of each month. ( Cash, Zelle only no CC taken) The first two cleanings went great. Unfortunately, everything changed after I was transferred to their "business partner," Elizabeth. Elizabeth sent two different ladies to perform the cleanings. The cleanings became rushed, and afterward they would go from home to home asking for money. When I brought this up with Elizabeth and reminded her that we had agreed to monthly payment, she claimed that was not what had been agreed upon and said she had not communicated that arrangement to her "partner." Then things got even worse. We were accused of asking the employees how much they were paid. We denied this accusation, and after reviewing our security camera footage with audio, it was clear that this accusation was not true. I provided the footage to Elizabeth, and she eventually acknowledged that the accusation against us was false. To make matters worse, after only two months of service, the price was increased by 50%. We still agreed to continue despite the increase. It was after this that the false accusations and other issues began. The original people who provided the service eventually handed the job over to someone else while still operating under what we were told was Ernesto's Cleaning, and from that point forward the entire experience went downhill. My biggest concern is the lack of communication, the changing arrangements, the false accusations, and the way the business appears to be structured. Multiple businesses/people appear to be operating under the same license or business name, which made it extremely difficult to know who was actually responsible for the service and agreements we originally made. This has been a complete mess from what started as a very positive experience. I strongly recommend getting every agreement in writing, including payment terms, pricing, who will actually perform the work, and who is responsible for the employees. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before doing business with them.
