Audi are "special" to my dismay and my income level definitely does not meet the level of being able to afford one comfortably. after having done lots of research I found jamison auto group. they were able to fix both my front wheel hubs in a reasonable amount of time and they partner with a financing company, which allowed me to be able to address this issue with my car immediately before it got worse. what I like about them the most is that they didn't try to swindle me into extra services, or try to talk me out of things that I specifically wanted. they actually did what I needed them to do and actually listened to what I wanted.

I was in town for Cruising the Coast and was in need of a new alternator. I called my mechanic in my hometown and he stated to me that any good mechanic should be able to handle the repair and as it was a basic repair. Jamison Auto Group we went to Jamison Auto Group and explained the problem and relayed what our mechanic conveyed to us. Low and behold shortly after picking the car up we noticed Clue # 1 the wiring to the alternator was melting and burned up. We took it immediately back to Jamison Auto Group and they stated they had put the wrong gauged wiring on the car. We get back home and a short time later Clue #2 the volt meter was never below 16 and then later Clue #3 heard a chirping from the alternator fan belt and discovered it was very loose. We immediately took the car to our normal mechanic and he advised us that the alternator was the wrong one for the car. My mechanic fixed the issue after another $825 cost to us and said he was surprised that there was no other damage to the car as having the wrong alternator could have burned up all the electrical wiring not to mention caused other damage. Clue #4, I called Jamison Auto Group multiple times and never received a call back. I finally talked to Jamie when he was the one to answer the call. Clue #5 I explained what had transpired and he refused to accept any responsibility and put the blame and responsibility totally onto us and said he just put the alternator you wanted me to put on it and its not the one that he would have personally put on it. I explained to him that I was not a mechanic and trusted him as the mechanic would put the right alternator on it and he never conveyed he would not have put that one on. I explained to him that I expect a mechanic to advise me. I asked Jamison Auto Group if they would at least be willing to buy back the brand new wrong alternator from me, Jamie refused and stated that he only put the alternator that I told him to put on it. I Jamie and Jamison Auto Group are extremely unprofessional and clearly do not stand behind their work, they clearly do not know what they are doing and they expect their customers to tell them the right parts to put on cars. All I was expecting back was for them to buy back the alternator at a reduced cost so I could recover some of my costs but they would not even do that, shame on Jamie and Jamison Auto Group. Maybe Jamison Auto Group should stick to European Cars to work on as they clearly have no clue had to work on basic good old American made classic cars.

BEWARE. Scammer alert!!!…read more Took my C3500 dually flatbed to Chris @ Twisted Services for a new motor. He asked for a deposit for materials to rebuild the motor. Gave him $1,000 cash to cover his expenses. While the truck was still at his house shop I took my F150 in for a tuneup and new spark plugs. Chris did the work and afterward my truck did not run. Ended up leaving it at his house to be fixed. He never fixed my F150 or my Flatbed C3500. After two months I asked to get the vehicles back so they could be fixed. Chris claimed that I owed him money for storage and the repairs that were never done or done wrong. He told me he was going to place a mechanics lien on my vehicles and keep them if I didn't pay. Ended up getting the police involved in order to recover my property and they promptly told him to return both vehicles because he had no grounds to hold either vehicle. After the police showed up he returned both vehicles but he took 2 of my $600 extension ladders off of my truck for some reason and I was unable to recover them. This guy never even worked on the Flatbed C3500 but was holding it hostage to try and collect for his unprofessional work. He did work on my F150. He broke it. I ended up at a different shop after all the drama and they told me that The reason my F150 would not run is that Twisted Services installed the wrong plugs. They were too long and my pistons were striking the end of the spark plug. This caused major damage to my truck motor. The bill to repair the damage to my motor that Twisted Services caused was over $3,000. Beware of this sheisty scammer. He will break your vehicle and then refuse to return it until you pay a fee for work that did not happen or storage fees. I recommend you call the police if you have any issues. Chris is known by the Slidell police for this type of interaction. The police said it was illegal for Twisted Services to demand a deposit. It was also illegal for Twisted Services to mechanics lien the vehicles because they were never repaired. Stay far away from this company. If it took the police to recover my vehicles then he wasn't asking them to be removed. It was a hostage situation on his part. Yes the C3500 motor was blown. That's why it was supposed to be fixed. Why would I ask for a vehicle to be fixed that was not broken. Yes the vehicles were there 3 months. They should have been fixed long before that time. 3 months and no work was ever done except breaking my running truck.
