Placed an online order, was suppose to get a text when it was ready. Never received a text or an email. Tried to call them but their phone just goes straight to busy signal. Logged back into my account and clicked on orders and it shows nothing. Too much of a head ache I just went somewhere else read more

Today at the front desk was Kate , super friendly & her good mood was infectious. Grey was my budtender , very knowledgeable . I would ALWAYS Recommend this place read more

They are Knowledgeable, however rude and disrespectful! Don't spend your time or money here. I called to file a complaint for how I was treated on 10/17/24. The manager and I got into a HEATED argument and she had the audacity to say that I must having a hearing problem because her name is ASHTON but I kept calling her ASHLEY. Keep in mind I have hearing loss in my right ear. read more

My favorite dispo in the immediate area. Great sales and good discounts. Friendly staff too. Even the security is welcoming. Elizabeth was amazingly helpful a. a stand out bud tender that carried herself with great energy. read more

Staff is not helpful and rude. Customer service needs serious work take a day off and relax

I've been to some Janky dispensaries... This is not one of them. Light, bright and open. Safe parking. I don't feel like I'm going to get jumped in the parking lot. I don't understand the negative reviews about customer service, however. I have never experienced poor customer service at Releaf. ..actually quite the opposite. I enjoy each and every one of those employees. Also, the drive-through is now open! What?! This is unreal! I never had to get out of my car during the deep freeze a few weeks ago... who can find fault with that?!! this is the only place that we go for our supplies. read more

Staff are incredibly rude both times I've gone in, I've been in the cannabis industry a long time and this type of behavior is unacceptable, they give off the "get out of my store vibe" I will not be returning due to this customer service I received read more

I don't have a lot of experience with dispensaries, and tried this one because driving to A2 to Oz is sometimes just not happening. Yes, prices can be better other places, but I'm willing to once in a while pay more for close proximity and customer service. The "budtender" behind the counter on the medical side was really nice, attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for and he introduced me to 3 new products. When I'm more on a budget and have time I'll go to Oz, but Realeaf will absolutely be in my rotation. read more

I drive past three other shops to go to this one. Their product is very good the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. This time I got a few infused pre-rolls and the first one is just perfect. read more

Staff is very unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. Zach's attitude was like "hurry up and get out of my face". I will never return, never. Also the inventory was not very impressive read more

Stopped in on Christmas Eve and the whole staff was very welcoming. Big thanks to Dani and Nick for taking their time and being super patient as I picked out some product. The first time patient special was a nice bonus. The menu was curated really well and the quality of the product was great I purchased was great and fresh. Would def recommend. read more

I come to get the eighths on Friday and they had it for two weeks and then nothing.I like the place, I dont want to go somewhere else.

Personally I only go here.. not sure what the others are talking about w the bad attitude or poor service? Idk I get Brendan every time and he's chill along with the reception staff. It's clean and the interior decorations are up to date with the current trends so that's fun lolz also they have a point system and deals all week read more

Super high prices. Customer service is non-existent if you're a medical customer. They essentially ignore you and help all the recreational customers first. I bought here a couple times, but the last time was the final time after I walked out for not being helped to buy a couple of medical ounces. It seems that recreational dime bag sales are more important though! read more

12/10 recommend this place!! I have been to a ton of dispensaries across the nation and this one was by far the best with price, customer service and quality. The owner is so sweet and genuine. We are always going to come here from now on read more

I didn't feel welcome, the receptionist was curt and the person that checked me out was a snob.

Very rude and and controlling I felt like I was at a police station prices were high there was weed up to a year old I'll never go there again read more

VERY BAD attitudes there! Only the receptionist and owner are nice! Unnecessary hassles when going in here. I walked in and walked out! No good deals on flower, only on edibles. I didn't buy anything, I didn't feel welcome, and you have to fill out so many different papers to go that other dispensaries don't require. read more

Idk what these people are talking about being to pricey.. it's like any other dispensary has multiple shelf's.. but I can say that the quality is always 10/10 have yet to get burned by a bad product! Which is a given at most these other places. I ship the 10$ shelf and it never disappoints been a smoker for 16 years. If you can't afford it don't leave a bad review so sad read more

$22 a gram? nah big dawg. I'm not even interested in looking at your other items or prices.

I visited Releaf twice in one week. First, I purchased Terrapin with a THC of 18.8 percent and it had no effect on me. Second, I purchased Grape Gas with a THC of 30.96 and again it had no effect on me. When I purchase at other stores that sell weed, I get an effect. I had someone else test out both Terrapin and Grape Gas and again it had no effect on them either. Has anyone else had this problem with a Releaf products? read more

Prices are INSANE. Been partaking for 20 years, 3 of them with a medical card I have never seen prices like this. Next. Dispos everywhere. Clearly the owners are money hungry, bring your prices down a bit and maybe when I drive past close to daily I'll see more than no cars in your parking lot. read more

service is good and all but hours suck every dispo i know is open till 10 pm 11 but there all a half hour or more away closing time sucks can never make it in there read more
