Hi, I had reservation yesterday (25th March 17 around 17hrs) for Hawaiian Massage. I made a booking over the email and asked for Helena A or Klara (masseuse). Unfortunately, both for not available. So team advised me to book for Jarka. So we agreed together. Booking was done at the time was confirmed too at 17hrs. I reached there at the time and I told at reception that I am holding the booking for massage and told them my name too. I was shocked to know that there was no booking on my name. Receptionist (Lucie) was not very polite even unprofessional. She simply refused me by saying there is no booking with my name at that time. So I showed her email confirmation from their SPA. And seeing that email she told it must be booking yesterday. I said yeah but what is the concern booking is booking it doesn't matter one month ago or yesterday she said she doesn't know all this. I was so shocked how such a reputed SPA saloon can act like this. I strongly believe she should definitely have that email confirmation sent by someone from Relax Days to me. Well, she said she can manage message for me but not from Jarka. I had no option, I already paid for that Lucie was quite rude and she was in the very bad mood. People goes at SPA for relax time not to argue. I believe she was already knowing that booking was there but Jarka was already booked by someone by some of their other customer. And they don't want to mention that. But it was not professional at all. If the booking is made and you have confirmed you can not change at the last moment without informing. Or another reason could be that I am from the third country so they did that with me (racism). Well, I would say I was highly disappointed with the behavior and unprofessional attitude.
