I said that is NOT what I asked for and I thought that was part of the foot massage. She kept insisting it was $96 for my service. After a huge argument with her, I paid her what I asked for - $60 for a one hour foot massage - and left. So beware! They will get you in for one service but try to sneak in something you didn't ask for and then charge you for it! It's a total racket!!

I'd love if they could get the hot towels ready in the room--they are all big enough--so no one is freezing while waiting for the massage personnel to return.
