Danielle, the owner, is an extremely talented esthetician who is friendly, welcoming, and has a magical touch. I love this place so much that every time I've visited New Orleans since moving away, booking a facial with Danielle is the first thing I do after purchasing my flights. The business itself is located on Freret where parking is ample on the main or side streets during most hours. The business is clean, with refreshments offered immediately upon walking in. Personally, I have only received facials but I know from first hand testimony by friends that their massages are just as incredible. The facials are accompanied by a full suite of Yonka products which are deliciously fragrant but gentle on the skin. Danielle is great at finding the perfect combination to make your skin looking the best it ever has by the time your treatment is over. I love this place so much I hand out business cards to anyone who compliments my skin when I'm in town. You absolutely will not regret giving this place a try.

I chose it with the hope of this and was not disappointed. My Micropeel facial with Hilary was just what I needed after a long busy summer in the heat. My eyebrows were tidied and tinted. She really put the T in therapeutic. I bounced out of the salon with a spring in my step ready to hike to Columns for cocktails. My foot massage was great. First your feet are washed and then you can just lay back and enjoy. Eventually I was asked if I would like more time and/or a neck/should massage. Of course, since I was getting so relaxed I said yes. For my neck/shoulder massage I moved into one of the private rooms. But I stayed fully clothed. Also for those who are thinking pervy thoughts, there is a sign to keep your genitals covered because c'mon. Eww. The space is kept semi-dark and restful. And I appreciate that the atmosphere makes everyone use quieter tones as they walk in because you can certainly hear everything that's said. The price point was good. They do take walk-ins but you can also call in to reserve a time. Reserving is smart especially on the weekend if you want to come in with a group. They do take credit cards but there is a $2 surcharge to do so. There is an ATM as well but I bet it also has the charge.

When it was time to pay they indicated that they took cash only. I didn't realize this when I entered as I didn't see any signs indicating this when I walked in. The ATM machine probably was the giveaway. I'm not sure that I'll be coming back to this location, but will continue the search for a massage place in New Orleans!

I was worried I would feel too warm during my massage, but it was very comfortable. My massage was with Carey. She is very friendly and sweet.
