I had a chemical peel on Dec 3rd an of course was over charge in the tune of $350 an that wasn't even the bad part. I followed all the after care instruction after, the 7 days I return to complain that my face look worse than before the peel.I was told that " we over dried your skin" and was given some sample moisturizer and that i may peel a few more days ( that never happen) I was told that I will need to repeat the procedure. my skin has a dark outline around the edge and feels gritty. Please anyone thinking of visiting please think again and RUN. read more

I have received: Botox and Juvederm injections; Genesis and Excel V laser treatments; microdermabrasion and VI Peels. I always have been extremely pleased with my results. I have gone to other high-end medical spas in the Columbia area; and after coming to Rejuvenations, I have realized that I was paying more money for mediocre results at best. When I go to a medical spa, there are two things that are very important to me. I expect to be pampered and treated as an important client every time. I also expect all treatments and procedures to be fairly priced and to deliver the expected results. These expectations have been met at Rejuvenations Medical Spa every single time. I wish I could give negative rating on this. I was referred here about a year ago by a coworker (we are both medical professionals). Neither of us will EVER go back here. I had an appointment for "cryo pen" treatment with Michelle Brasington a little over a year ago. I have some changes in my skin from age, I wanted to have addressed. It was an AWFUL experience. The receptionist was "new" (or a fill in or something) and she screwed up the appointment (at least that is what Michelle tells me) so apparently she was not prepared to do the treatment that day, the receptionist only booked me for "consultation" (even though I spoke to Michelle for about 30 minutes for telephone consult a week prior so she 'agreed to fit me in" (like it was MY FAULT) and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her... the ENTIRE TIME. She RUSHED me and did (what they told me was a 30 minute appointment) in TEN minutes. She talked down to me like I was in her way, and was very nonchalant when she ran out of the gas needed to do the treatment (she called it a "tank") she said the "tank" was low, and she didn't have anymore and she didn't have anyone to "help" get more. SO SHE DID HALF OF MY FACE. She said she "thought" she did OK, but would "follow up with me in 3 weeks". She rushed me to pay (full price). I left, disappointed, and sad. I got a feedback email and i filled it out BELIEVING that SOMEONE would follow up with me (usually these places REALLY care about customer satisfaction as word of mouth is a huge proponent of their business) I called to tell her about being unhappy with my results, and she didn't answer my call. I sort of gave up. I have been receiving comments about the difference in skin on one side of my face (STARK contrast from the other) so I thought I would TRY to see if she would help make it right. I had calmed down and SHE OWED ME to FINISH what I PAID FOR!!! She got me in right away and was WONDERFUL on the phone. I was THRILLED When I showed up, I was told to "have a seat" in the WR. Where I sat for 10 minutes, then realized the nightmare from the first visit had a sequel. She told me she tried to "accommodate me, but I was "late" HAHA I thought I was in the twilight zone... so she had "ONLY TEN MINUTES" to "fix" what she screwed up in the first place. I held back tears... So she was upset because she had someone at 245 (My appointment was 215 (it was 225 when she called me in WR) she told me how she worked through her breaks and lunch and was so busy. I felt like crawling in a hole. I had just left work early and driven across town excited (this is a huge deal, looking good makes you feel good. We PAY in these places to FEEL GREAT... that sounds strange but its TRUE) This is NOT medically indicated so we SHOULD be valued customers?! Right??? I now didn't feel "valued" AT ALL, I felt like a FOOL I was paying her to belittle me and make me feel like an inconvenience while I PAY for her to rush and not finish AGAIN. Anyway, AGAIN she "ran out" she did ANOTHER partial treatment she made me feel as if she was doing ME a favor by CHARGING me for the "follow up price" of 100 dollars (yeah I paid. because I was in shock I think... Im ashamed I didn't say "no" and demand to see a manager. I should have). She told me to "reschedule" if needed, I even brought some face cream.... YEAH, so I called her to reschedule THIS TIME I WASN"T WAITING for her to call me... and she told me that I had to "start over in pricing because I had used my "follow up" last week (OH AND SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR by "allowing THAT" as "typically" people RUN right back when they get treated like crap, and don't wait as long as I did to come back for her to fix them... I asked her when I could come back to FINISH the treatment I PAID for, and she told me how she never gets to eat, or have breaks, and she is booked solid for the month (until the 26th (how can this be??? she is TERRIBLE! Maybe it's me?) She was giving me excuses, and playing jedi mind tricks about tracking emails (from when I told her I emailed my lack of satisfaction after the first visit) she took pictures!!! She KNOWS what she did. I asked to have the manager Amy give me a call. She said she would. NO ONE CALLED. No one EVER calls. No one will follow up. This place is a money pit. Michelle Brasington does half a** job so you are forced to come back, then she has you...she will keep you coming back and charging you because your STUCK... The management won't follow up so they obviously know, and don't care. Buyer beware. This place is no "aesthetic spa" it's a cess pool. A Waste of time, money, and hope. read more

If you like to over pay for any treatment just because the waiting room and office are nice, this is your place! I received Botox here regularly for 2 years... it was only when I took a recommendation from a friend that I found out what a rip off this place is. I now receive Botox from a plastic surgeon (not a nurse or tech) at literally half the price. Not to mention I am so much happier with my results. I no longer have to get stuck 30 times for Botox... this is not the correct procedure. My last visit to this office, I went during a special promotion, thinking I would save money... but they ended up giving me double the amount that I normally got, and I suffered from droopy brow and droopy eyelid... when I went in to see if it could be fixed I was told that I had to wait for it to wear off... I didn't know any better... but now I do... save your money and go to a "real" doctor... there are plenty of plastic surgeons out there... read more

I had a great experience with April RN who admistered the Botox.It didn't hurt at all she was very experienced. I never done anything like it before, and I was so anxious and actually nauseous! She put me at ease, made me feel so comfortable. No snobs!! I missed my two week check back to see if there are any "fixes" to make but my daughter was sick. I never needed a check back! It lasted almost 6 months. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The facility is beautiful, serene, and exceptionally clean. Everyone I know who's been to this spa has had a wonderful experience !! I would recommend it highly! I'm calling today for an appt to look at other services!! Stay away! They only care about your money! And once they get it, their customer service is horrid. They intentionally misrepresented PRP, a new procedure for them. I paid hundreds of dollars for this & confirmed on their website that indeed the "plasma is injected into the skin"......it was not! It was smeared on my skin with their fingers. This did NOTHING for my skin! When I expressed my displeasure for the lack of results & false representation to Amy, the Spa Director/Owner, her response was "sorry you feel that way, we'll update our website to be accurate, but I will not refund your money", nor did she ask if she could do ANYTHING to satisfy me. She didn't care! This is a competitive field in a small town. There are many more medical spas here that will provide superior treatment AND unmatched customer service. Do not waste your money here. PS They are still misleading clients as they still haven't changed their website to accurately represent their version of PRP. read more
