CLAC is extremely unprofessional. In the last two years. they have canceled every single…read moreappointment I have had at the last minute- either the day before or the day of the appointment within hours or minutes of my scheduled time. They reschedule these appointments for a month or more later. I have prepaid for all of the services, so they happily take your money, then you must chase them down to actually get the service. I have spoken with the owner/manager multiple times and been assured each time that it will not happen again, and then the next appointment is scheduled, confirmed, and then canceled. The last service I had, was started by one provider, and in the middle of it, someone else, not employed by CLAC, came in to finish! They do not return phone calls, and have not provided any refunds. Combine this with the suspiciously frequent moving of locations and there is reason for extreme caution. I do NOT recommend!
