She unfortunately developed dry socket and he and his staff were right there with us step by step to again keep her comfortable. They staff were always so friendly and professional. I had to wait for two days because they did not return my call finally the third day they called me back (after calling over & over) and refused to give me an anabiotic and said that I would not let him look at the tooth. I explained that he did and he's the one who told me it was infected and that she needed to go tell him that and she told me I will not tell her what to do and hung up on me. In this…read moresituation, it was miscommunication and really not a big deal, but when I brought it to their attention, it became a big deal because they refused to admit any wrong-doing and never apologized. The dentist simple said, "that's not the way we do business", the hygienist came at me and was very unprofessional to me and rude. Blaming my husband on the situation, not their office at all. A simple apology would have been better and treating their patients with kindness and respect can go a long way. We will never be back to this office.
