But I did and was told there was a second one laying and waiting to bring me to my knees. So this is how I found myself at Dr. Andersen s office. Urologist extraordinaire! Whenever I walk into the Spring Medical Center I am proud to be an America. Yeah, sounds corny but hey, we are so blessed to live in a country with such beautiful medical facilities equipped with such talented people. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Andersen's assistant, Michelle was very nice and professional. Dr. Andersen was warm and friendly and took his time with me and didn't seem rushed. Considering the circumstances, the experience was good.

We would not have made the appointment if we were given the correct information on the phone to start with or even an "I don't know." We lost gas money for a 2 hour trip, a half day of work for two people, and a $50 copay. They refused to refund the copay and only plan to "talk to" their reception staff, even though their misrepresentation cost us in excess of $200 combined. I believe they misrepresented themselves to fill their empty schedule -- there's a reason they can get you in right away and the urologist in Murray, KY is booked 3+ months out. We will not be going back.
