Where I was going was always interesting to say the least, but I had out grown (for my 20s). Dr. Leslie King was recommended for my needs and the story ends there sorta speak...as she is absolutely the best I have ever had, so the search ends. She has been absolutely great being gentle during visits, and is really good at answering every and any question I could have. Those that know me know that I don't hold back, curious by nature and always want to know. Knowledge is Power! Would have to say Dr. Leslie King is very knowledgeable and truly knows her medical craft in and out. I love the layout of the new location here in Valley Stream office vs. Rockville Centre office. She has a space that truly represents her spirit and expertise better. Know that when you come to visit her though, don't wear fragrance, as she personally has serious allergies. You won't want to be the one that makes her use her Epi Pen. So, if you know you need a change, definitely consider Dr. Leslie King, with the Winthrop Specialty Center South - WINTHROP Medical Affiliates. From what I know she still 'Delivers', and I can totally say I would be so conformable one day if she was there catching for that next step in one's life!

I'm extremely disappointed with how this practice handled my recent visits and, more importantly,…read morehow they document patient records. After my appointment on February 6, 2026, I reviewed my medical chart and found a note stating that my wife was "rude." This is completely false. On that day, my wife sat in the waiting room while I completed intake. She did not accompany me, did not make requests or attempt to accompany. She was greeted by two Doctors at this practice and she greeted them in return. To document her behavior as "rude" by nurse F. Roach was not only inaccurate but it's deeply unprofessional. What makes this even more concerning is that the comment had nothing to do with my medical care and was placed under "PT chief complaint," which is wildly inappropriate. Medical records should be factual, objective, and relevant. This was none of those things. For context, this appears to stem from an earlier issue. My wife was previously a patient at this clinic, and during all of her visits, I was allowed to accompany her during intake and provider visits. However, once I became the patient, my wife who presents androgynously was suddenly prevented from accompanying me during my visit on January 23, 2026. We respectfully raised concerns about the inconsistency in policy enforcement. Expressing concern is not rudeness. When I returned on February 6, my wife made no attempt to accompany me and remained in the waiting room, yet a negative and false statement was still added to my chart. The nurses clearly have an inability to separate personal perception or bias from objective documentation. Seeing inaccurate, accusatory remarks about my wife in my medical record is extremely off-putting and has significantly damaged my trust in this practice. I have requested that the false statement be reviewed and that practice management contact me, b/c the way this has been handled is disgusting.

1 Star Review - BBB Complaint…read more I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and billing practices at Rosenberg Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The receptionist (whose name I do not know) was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my interactions with this office. The day before my scheduled appointment (January 20th), I called repeatedly between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to confirm the appointment, but no one answered. I have call logs that document these attempts. Due to the urgency of my medical condition, I began calling again at 9:00 AM on the day of the appointment. I have gestational diabetes, and monitoring my baby's growth and delivery plan is critical. No one answered until after 10:00 AM, at which point I was offered a same-day appointment at 11:00 AM. I immediately left for the office. However, I recently moved to Lake Grove in Suffolk County, and traffic caused my arrival time to be approximately 11:30 AM. While driving, I repeatedly attempted to call the office to inform them I would be late and to confirm whether I could still be seen. No one answered my calls. Upon arrival, I checked in and was told to sit. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes because I arrived late. I explained that the appointment had been confirmed last minute, that I had made numerous attempts to communicate, and that I had work obligations and could not wait that long. No accommodation or reasonable solution was offered, and I was forced to cancel the appointment. Subsequently, I received a message stating that I was a "no-show," which is inaccurate. I did not miss the appointment; I arrived late due to circumstances largely caused by the office's lack of communication. I was informed that I would be charged $75, but I am now seeing a $150 charge, which was never disclosed in advance. The office later claimed this amount was for two appointments (ultrasound and physician visit), despite this being a single visit at the same location. All written communication I received clearly stated a $75 fee, not $150. When I called to dispute the charge and requested to speak with someone regarding this issue, the receptionist was extremely rude and ultimately hung up the phone on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly for patients with high-risk pregnancies. Situations like this cause unnecessary stress, which can negatively affect blood sugar levels, yet there was no concern shown for patient well-being. I will not return to this office and do not recommend their services.

I was also told i missed 2 appointment which is a lie, i have never missed a dr apt in my life, i am very organized, they might put you on the calendar and never call you let you know you have an apt. I was in for my first appt of my first pregnancy and she didnt really seem to care didnt have any advice or a warm demeanor which was quite disappointing since it was an exciting appt for us. One other female dr was great she was warm and welcoming joked around and made it a great experience and took all the time to answer our questions. The nurses are fine i guess they do chit chat a lot during work which to me seems somewhat unprofessional and could be saved for when there isnt 15 people crammed into the waiting room. Now their front desk and all positions that handle administration, idk what they do because if you want anything done you literally have to call twice a day like youre their parent making sure theyre doing theyre homework. I have new insurance that took me a month to get and i now live in another state and need my records transferred to even get an appt at my new office. I am 18 weeks pregnant, it is 1/4/13 the last appt i had with a dr was before thanksgiving. Needless to say i NEED to go to the doctor. I called on monday to get my records faxed over and told them it was imperitive. I called wednesday to check given it was new years and i figured there'd be an understandable delay and they still hadnt sent anything over. I called thursday and they they were still working on it, which made no sense because they didnt start yet and they told me itd be done by the end of that day or friday. It is now friday and they are closed. So not only have they done nothing but they lied when they knew theyd be close and i have to wait until monday to even call to find out what the hell theyre doing. On top of that my hopes of an appt next week are doomed and ill have to wait another week which will make it a month and a half, on my birthday no less, that i have not been to a dr. They know its been Half of a trimester and being a doctors office youd think theyd be concerned and get it done in a timely manner. On top of all this they take forever at the office and have a cold demeanor and use the most appauling imaging business (doshi diagnostic) the worst experience ever there as well, worse if possible. Go somewhere else if you care about yourself because they clearly dont care enough.
