The didn't bring the correct tools so all of the grass was chopped out with a pick. They hit a waterline that caused a bunch of washout. They did come back and fix it, however, the area looked awful and still needed work. In addition, there was a seam that was very noticeable. Finally, I wanted to have more infill added because the grass was laying over quite a bit. I spoke to Doug Steeves numerous times trying to get something scheduled as well as Carson who was my point of contact. Even though Carson told me numerous times he would get me on the schedule, they never did. Finally at the end of the season Doug told me that they had to move down to Florida for their winter work and he would set something up at the beginning of the season this year. When I reached out a couple weeks ago, I got an email from Doug telling me that All Things Turf had closed. Their number is disconnected however their website is still up. Steer clear of these hacks. I suspect they will open back up under some new name, but if you see the name, Doug.Steve's or Carson Peddycoart run don't walk to another company.
