I spoke with I believe Shantell who confirmed it and they were able to book me a class on for a Saturday class from 9:00AM-1:00PM. This worked out perfect because I work Mon-Fri 8-4:30PM. I just started a job and didn't have enough hours to do my ACLS locally in Stockton during the weekdays, so these guys took care of me. They were the only group within reasonable distance from Stockton to help me re-certify for my ACLS on a Saturday. Colleen was awesome!! She completely welcomed me right when I got there and accommodated me. She provided me with snacks, water, and coffee. There were other students there for BLS and she was able to get me in to start my ACLS class. I was able to watch all the necessary videos, prep with a mannequin to run codes, and sit for my test.
