I was unimpressed by this doctor. He seemed too busy to care for my new kitten. I will not be back.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My pet sitter is Lisa, and Robin (the owner) is always…read moreon top of everything. Their system is extremely friendly, you can request your visits online and even within a couple of hours, they can respond and visit/walk your pets. I found them on Yelp about 2 years ago. We travel a lot for work, and at the time we had an elderly Great Dane, who needed special attention and being a deaf and partially blind dog, it just added up to how careful you need to be with him. I was impressed how Lisa was able to connect with him. I could tell that he loved her, because even towards his last days, where he could barely walk he would get really excited to see her. Something that gives me extreme confidence in them, is they send a text message after every visit with pictures of your pets. Some of my best pictures of my dog came from Lisa. But going back to the text, she never waited for a situation to escalate to let me know about it, she preferred to get ahead of the curve and let me guide her on how to proceed. Remember my dog was old and due to age had a lot of health issues at that point. Now we have two Great Danes one is10 months old and a recently rescued one of 7 months old, that she will be taking care for, even when the youngest one is very scarish, as he's a rescue, I know she will do a magnificent job taking care of my babies. Thank you Robin and Lisa!!!!!

Communication is wonderful - they send pics of the dogs and a little update about everyone each time they visit. It's such a relief to have someone let our dogs out in the middle of the day when we're at work.

Clearer review: This was our second time leaving our Boxer…read moreat this location. We went out of town for a funeral, trusting that he would be safe and cared for. Instead, we came home with serious concerns and an unanswered veterinary bill. On the second day of his stay, we noticed that our dog was no longer appearing on the camera. We called the next day after he still hadn't been seen. Edwin, who was pleasant, told us only that staff had noticed our dog limping and had put him in his kennel to recover. No one called to tell us he was injured or limping. When we picked him up, we took him to the veterinarian. The vet found three significant bite marks on his ear, and he was still limping. He needed antibiotics, pain medication, and prednisone. We had never seen him come home with injuries like these before. Staff are reportedly with the dogs at this location, so it is deeply concerning that no one could explain what happened. We believe he may have been in a fight, but we still don't know how he was injured or why we weren't contacted. I sent Edwin pictures and have received no response so far. We are extremely disappointed. We trusted this facility to keep our dog safe, and we left with a vet bill, medication costs, and many unanswered questions. We hope the facility will respond and explain what happened and what it is willing to do.

I entrusted my dog to this man's care while I was out of town, and the outcome has been…read moredevastating. I found him through the Nextdoor app and relied on his stated experience and trustworthiness. When I returned after five days, my previously healthy, active four-year-old pit bull was unable to walk. I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

Finding a daycare you truly trust with your dogs is no small thing--and this place gets it right on…read moreevery level. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you (and your pups). They remember names, and care about each dog's individual needs and wellbeing. The customer service is exceptional -- responsive, warm, and proactive. They've reached out to let me know how my dogs were doing mid-day, which says everything about the kind of attention they give. My dogs come home happy and tired in the best way possible. Highly recommend to any pet parent who wants their dogs in great hands.

Lawrenceville pet owners -- PLEASE READ before boarding at PetSuites Lawrenceville…read more My puppy was seriously hurt while staying there. I got a TEXT at 7:15pm during the boarding stay telling me my puppy had a small gash near her nose. The facility stated they would be keeping a close eye on her and if I wanted, they could take her to the vet the next morning. I informed PetSuites to take her to the vet since the incident occurred while in their care. The vet called me to let me know my puppy would need surgery which required 12 stitches to close (see picture of injury below). After not hearing from PetSuites Lawrenceville, I went to the facility to talk to them and to request an incident report. PetSuites Lawrenceville admitted the potty run area had fencing/locks with bolts that stick out on the inside of the potty run and that they were working on sourcing rubber caps for the area to prevent anything like what happened to my puppy occurring in the future. I sent PetSuites of America, the registered agent, a notice of demand to cover the costs of surgery and medication. After the demand, I filed a small claims complaint which was served to their corporate office and they also failed to respond. The most heartbreaking part is that PetSuites of America failed to satisfy my claim and never asked how my puppy was doing after her surgery. I was eventually awarded judgment against them by the magistrate court. I trusted PetSuites Lawrenceville with my family member and they let me down in the worst way. This facility is entrusted with the safety of your animals. They failed mine -- and then refused to own it. I don't want this to happen to anyone else's pet. Please share this so other pet owners in the Lawrenceville area can make an informed decision before leaving their animals at PetSuites Lawrenceville facility.
