This is a nice place with a good selection of services. However, my experience getting my nails…read moredone has been poor. I was looking for a clean place where the workers can speak English. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.

I am happy to say that in zip code 83201 you too can have an exceptional experience. Janet is the best in town. The only person actually trained (outside of Idaho) and able to build a substantial business in a major metro market because that's how good she is. I have sensitive skin and every time I see Janet she sends me out of her salon beautiful and glowing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for results.

Ok, let me preface this review by stating that one of the few things that I don't mind paying extra…read morefor is a proper hair cut. So guys, take it for what its worth if you are totally OK with going to Sports Clips. I've come to expect the person doing the job to take their time to figure out what's going on with your hair, especially first time around. I've also come to expect that the stylist introduce themselves to the new customer and actually seem to care about the person coming back as a return customer. I'm not asking for wine while I wait or a scalp massage, just an attentive stylist. Just moving here, I was in search of a new place to get my haircut. During my time at Dragonfly, which feels somewhat cramped, I felt like I was completely rushed through my cut. Typically, my haircuts last about 1 hour-- I was out in 25 minutes. The stylist never introduced herself to me and more or less hacked at my hair- there was no real craft involved. She was about to let me leave when i noticed that my one side was completely uneven. She'd cut a little, and ask me if it was alright.. I kept thinking, "can't you tell yourself?" By the end of the cut, I was frustrated. She didn't even give me a card for me to come back. I realize that there is a high degree of variability in stylists at any given salon, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with my service. Guys if you care what your hair looks like, you are seriously rolling the dice by going here. I can only hope that this is not par for the course in Pocatello.
