They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. Thank you Tranquility Wellness Spa, I will definitely be back very soon! Although I live Easton, the experience and service I received will keep me coming back for more!

Mind you, we frequently get 90-120 minute individual or couples massages and have even done so in various 5 star spa/resorts all over the world while traveling. So, "one of the best" was a big statement coming from him. I was greeted by Corey at the front desk who was very tentative and friendly. I filled out my information on a tablet which was slightly difficult to navigate. The 'relaxation room' was very nice and comfortable. I met my masseuse, Monique, and she brought me in to further review what areas I'm having issues with. I only noted 2 problem areas and did not mention the others. Needless to say, my husband was right. Monique is no joke! Her pressure was perfect and used some techniques I haven't had before. She also seemed to find my other problem areas without me mentioning them which was impressive. I was sore a few days after which to me isn't a bad thing. She even took time after the massage to review some stretches I could try to combat the tension until my next massage. First time visitors receive a nice discount at checkout also. I will 100% be returning to do massages with Monique again! My only complaint was that it was very cold in the massage room which was uncomfortable as time went on. The bedding on the massage table was also made up of cheap linens.

Earlier that day I had went online to see service prices and stumbled upon a promo stating " buy one hour massage for $99 and get another hour free" I was excited to get this deal but upon arriving, I was met with attitude and sarcasm as the front desk staff told me this was only for December. I proceeded to pull up the promo that I found on their website and the manager simply stated "well that is not supposed to be there, you can try purchasing online, but I cannot sale it to you." Clearly someone screwed up the marketing but if you have an ad running it is your responsibility to honor it. Instead of continuing to go back and forth, I took my business down the street to Massage Envy and had a much more pleasant experience. I will not be returning to massage green. As a previous membership holder-this was not my first time experiencing issues here.

I have compared it to The Edge and found it superior. More activities, less crowded and more spacious. The music is not overwhelming. The staff has been helpful and friendly. However, the club could be cleaner. I am also a racquetball player. The courts were great when they opened but as it ages and the courts need repair, the repairs seem slow to come. I also wish they had more courts and did not give the racquetball league a hard time - which leads me to my major gripe. My complaint stems from the reservation system. It has no consequence. If you reserve a raquetball court and do not use the reservation there is no penalty. Many times I want to play but cannot reserve a court but when I go to the club to workout instead there are open courts. There needs to be a check-in system and penalties for when you blow off your reservation. It will help stop serial reservers who come when they feel like it and steal legit court time. Overall, I highly recommend LA Fitness. If they would only update the reservation system I'd be really happy!
