I was doubtful on how I can use my left leg again anytime soon. I was then evaluated by the therapist and she was clear on the objectives and plan of care. I went home with good understanding on what's going to happen and expectations on the first visit! I must admit that it was hard work during the exercises on the first few sessions but, I could actually feel the improvements and my treatment plan was adjusted based on my progression. Fast forward, I was doing agility training, running and jumping around the PT clinic. Ankle ROM wasn't 100% back to normal but close. But then, I wasn't expecting it due to screws and plate attached to my ankle that might be limiting full range of motion. Facility-wise, they had ample and practical equipment for your therapy needs.
