going here was an amazing experience! they have so much inventory of all these incredible vintage pieces that are to die for. Immaculate jewelry collection too! All of the stuff was very clean and well organized. The prices for these amazing clothes was very fair for the type of clothes they have there! I am responding to Amber's misinformation. I did visit your newest store on Kennedy and was serviced by a young girl. There were a few high-end items available specifically a St. John blue jacket. Majority was for a younger crowd. The girl called over and spoke to you and learned the jacket was about to be sent to eBay. Considering eBay charges 20 to 25% commission its reasonable to give your customers a discount for in store purchases. It saves the store and puts more money in your consignors pockets. But evidently Ebay is the only way you sell your high-end items which is sad since there's a market locally. If you checked local consignment stores their prices are much more reasonable for higher end brands. Why pay eBay prices when there are stores that market to the local community? JMO read more

Update: Seems as if my experience was due to bad timing. I still agree with my initial observation on the parking situation, but I've been interested in this business for some time and will definitely make a trip out after the business owner kindly replied to me with sincere apologies and an explanation. Horrible parking arrangement obviously. I've come 7 times during their "business hours" and door is locked every single time. Called numerous times and only got someone on the phone once. I give up. I don't know what I love more about this store: the selection of items or the owner. I guess though, that the selection is hand picked by Amber, so she wins the prize. ;) Amber is the kind of shop owner that takes time to get to know her clients, and then tailors recommendations to each person and their tastes. How do I know this? Because she will go directly to the racks and pull out items she knows I will like. She did just that for me on Tuesday, actually! She did about 3 weeks ago too, when I was in looking for a dress and said to me "You always come in when you have an event, so what are you going to this time?" Just like her recommendations for my outfits, she was spot on with that comment. I typically go to the Bay to Bay store for "fancy party outfits" but went into the St Pete store recently, and will be sure to go back there more often, for the funky and hip casual clothing options. Super high prices for resale - even for designer consignment. To put it in perspective, I've shopped all levels of consignment and resale in NYC, Boston, San Fran, and L.A. and am floored at the prices charged in Tampa. I know the owner (who is very sweet) claims their business is super niche but I just didn't see the value to justify the pricing. read more

I found Rehab Consignment to have a nice selection, but the prices were quite high for what I'm used to in designer consignment stores. I'm usually looking to get a deal, and I didn't think I'd really be able to at Rehab Exchange. They had great designer items, just at a higher price tag than I'm accustomed to in designer consignment. read more

This shop is amazing, and Amber, the owner is so nice and helpful! I love coming in to browse amongst other things. Always has amazing selection, I found this great Lola Bernard Bag there, that I absolutely love! So friendly, and keeps a lot of peoples tastes in mind in her selection and can accessorize in different ways. I love how her store is set up like an adventure too, you come in and are first greeted with beautiful jewelry and some scarves and belts to browse, and then get to more into clothing and shoes and purses. I am Simone from Germany, just went to see the store for the first time. I was impressed by the wide range of items that are fantastically organised, everything is so easy to find. You will find all name brands, which will have there price, but take in consideration, what to pay in a regular store. Also nice the really big, beautiful selection of new as well as vintage jewellery. Rehab is my absolute go-to consignment nirvana. Being from a big city I yearn for certain labels and items that you'd never find in a mall or the few boutiques here in town. Rehab HAS THEM all! From young, rich and fabulous, chic BCBG pieces and VINTAGE. All other shops that advertise themselves as a vintage clothing store is subpar to what Rehab offers.
