It's amazing how many times I've driven near this building and never even bothered giving it more…read morethan a cursory glance. Anyway, I passed by earlier this week to do a remote training for Microsoft Excel. It was either this office or one downtown, and well, this one was closer. The course lasted the majority of a workday, with three breaks (the largest one being when we broke for lunch). In terms of the class, I felt it was very productive. I did find the set-up strange though as I imagined I would share my class in person with more people. Turns out I was alone in a room with a hook-up to speak to my teacher and 20+ other students from around the US. The setting was comfortable. Chair made it easy to focus, as did the equipment. I would definitely tell people to take a course here if it's with the ONLC. My only thing is that I wish I had gone on a day when the staff at the reception desk were more friendly. Don't mistake me - the woman was nice, yes, but when I filled out my course evaluation and realized that most people point you to the bathroom from the beginning, my opinion changed. Truth is I had to ask where the bathroom was rather than being shown upon arrival. That just seemed lazy to me. Funny thing about the bathroom, too... you need a code to get in. Regardless, it was a good day, so I wouldn't be opposed to returning if need be.

We went to the 3rd floor to meet up with everyone else. It was a very spacious area with different pieces of furniture. The couches were very comfortable. The dining area was nice too with a fridge of drinks to buy through self-checkout. There's a machine that accepts card for the drinks and snacks. I like how there's a glass wall that separates the business side to the leisure side of the room. On the business side, it has rolling chairs and nice tables to study or do work on. They planned on not paying these kids what they worked for and if it wasn't for a couple parents showing up to their building, they would've kept every dime to themselves. They claimed to pay the kids "the days they worked for." not professional and very DISRESPECTFUL! This company needs to be investigated and shut down IMMEDIATELY! they should pay these kids their full internship, since they fired everyone with no reason and word by word said, "we will let you know if we want you guys to come in on Monday or not." I am not usually the type to leave reviews, but the disrespect and no accountability from grown folks left me flabbergasted.

We do tend to have to book a room for more people than in our group for the added space but we have identified a couple offices that work for us and we stick with those. Offices are clean, conference rooms of all different sizes can be booked, and they have large monitors that are pretty easy to get your computer connected to. Its very important to note, the Giralda Place parking garage accesses two SEPARATE We Work locations (one on Giralda, and one on Ponde de Leon). I was told you cannot access the Giralda one from the Ponce entrance so keep that in mind as youre parking. The garage is also pretty expensive if you want to park for a full workday, $16 for 8 hours.
