It is always clean, organized and they are meticulous about upgrading and making improvements when needed, especially since the onset of COVID. The location is also amazing and views are beautiful. I couldn't think of a better place to work and would never consider another coworking space.

The entrance lobby is very luxurious in mirrors and tile and an incredible chandalier. It leases out offices to medical and other professional businesses. It is slightly less than a mile from Mount Sinai Medical Center and close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. The Center offers free valet service for customers and residents. I always tip the valets, who are super nice and helpful there. There are other parking lots, just a half block away. The convenience of this service is everything in busy MB. I have been here for chiropractic assistance, but more recently, for LabCorp on the 5th floor. I always feel comfortable going to this building. The valet service is superb also.

Not to mention rules after rules after rules…read more Cant go to pool area after 7, hot tub has no heater, no guest parking, hallways are like sauna hot, cant put stuff on your balcony, cant use corridors bare foot, cant use grill without $1000 deposit, extra car is $200 while the whole lot is empty, noise from the generator is insane, metro noise frommthe rail, always some sort of noisy construction going on, maintenance people are rude, gym has another 100 rules, minimum fine is $100 and goes upto $500. You will feel micro managed here.. management knows everyone and nips in everyones business. They literally give out fines for the dumbest things. I can keep going but im sure the afore mentioned is enough to scare ANYONE away.

We have been living in this beautiful, ideally located, amazingly well maintained building for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. After our previous owner told us that he would be coming back to Miami and taking over our beloved apartment, we were desperate to find a new one at Le Parc...and so we did! We have experience in living on both sides - the one facing the beautiful evergreen local park and the other side that faces the highway - both experiences are great. I drink my morning coffee every day on our balcony and, I swear, you can barely hear the noise from the highway. Any city lover will attest to this - the location of this building is amazing! It is located in Brickell but just a tiny bit outside so that the commute doesn't make you wanna kill yourself. If you live here, you know how easy it is to get to i95 (Publix, Brickell City Centre - basically ALL you need), avoiding all the traffic that you will normally have in the heart of Brickell. We personally love it - that is why we really DID NOT want to move anywhere else. The management here is great, lovely, kind and always so helpful. It makes me smile every time I go to the front desk and everyone here not only knows which unit I live in but also knows my name. The rules are here to make sure that everyone enjoys this place. Lets face it - would you allow some random stranger to walk barefoot in your house? No, it's gross. Would you like some strangers to party hard while your babies are sleeping? No, you wouldn't like it at all. I would like to take this time and reply to all the negative comments posted here. Yes, you cannot place your rubbish at a balcony because it is simply ugly to look at! I have my little green garden with a table and a bench - what else do you need? If you have too much stuff, there are storage unit to rent (easy solution!). There is a guest parking and the space is limited so you need to get more organized ;) Any other building in Brickell charges for an extra parking space - lets not get over dramatic. Also, yes, you have to give a check deposit to use the grill - but it will be returned to you if you don't break it - is this so shocking? Not to me. Just a little note here...it is not a hot tub...it is a infinite pool...it is not meant to be heated. ;) A home is a place where you need to feel safe and welcomed and that's how we feel here. We are happy to call Le Parc our home. Very very happy young couple from apartment *** ;)

If you have a private office here it might be ok for your small business, but if you're a digital nomad or just want to work away from home, this isn't an upgrade. That kitchen room table in the picture, next to the microwaves and the coffee machine? That's the whole thing for a "seat". There are 7 chairs stuffed into that table, and there will be people eating their lunch, talking loudly in the VERY ECHO-ey kitchen area that you will be INSIDE of. There isn't another table, that one is it. There are about 4 other chairs scattered in the lobby and, believe it or not, a single chair directly next to the bathroom. Like, in the bathroom breezeway arm's length from the men's room door. Monthly $240 and parking is $4/hour, no monthly passes available. Who on earth would take this deal?

First time using a shared work space and they made it easy. Booked a week in advance and was $60…read morefor a day pass starting at 9am until 5pm. Instructions for access were clear and easy to follow, the building is nice with great space. Upon making it to the 10th floor the check in desk was to the left and the person provided a quick tour of the space noting the amenities and providing the restroom code. There seemed to be several more permanent offices with ample open space. I had a large room to myself and while someone else did come in, they didn't stay long. Easy access to set up computer usage with plugs and the extra monitor coming in clutch. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to as well. The temp was a tad on the chilly side but you could walk over to the windows by the terrace for a quick warm up. The terrace was under maintenance so I wasn't able to see the full space. The only item that could some attention was the restroom as a few stalls weren't very clean. Overall this was a great option when traveling between locations and wifi access is needed and quite space. They have different spaces including the cubes if you need a private space.
