The owner Esperanza is always super helpful and willing to offer anything she can to help. There is a very good reason why Kohl's customer service is so lousy now -- they are using offshore…read morecalling centers in the Philippines and Nicaragua! When you call the 855-564-5705 customer service number on Kohl's web site, you are immediately connected offshore. The reason we contacted Kohl's was because my family's clothing order was received without any plastic protecting the clothing. Three of the items were the wrong color, and the items were of very poor quality. One of the shirts arrived wet -- goodness only knows with what. My family and I were horrified to find out about the offshoring. So, Kohl's, you just lost several customers today. Hope you and Scott Walker are happy.
