He is the only Urologist that finally found my prostate cancer after seeing two previous urologist and referred me to one of the best Oncologist in the nation. I have never had problems with his office staff. My insurance company denied coverage on the type of biopsy he did that actually finally found my prostate cancer after three other false negative biopsies from previous doctors over the last three years. Dr. Tingle went to bat for me and wrote a letter to my insurance company stating that this special biopsy was medical necessary since the MRI showed a lesion on my prostate and the normal type of a regular prostate biopsy wasn't identifying any cancer. After his letter he sent to my insurance company and two appeals I had sent with all my past medical history and biopsies, the insurance company finally paid for the special biopsy he did hospital and physician bill in full. I can't say enough what a great Urologist Dr. Tingle is. Now I am cancer free.

My wife has literally had 5 different primary care doctors in the last 2 years because the doctors leave this organization. And recently they have ended their affiliation with Aetna after we paid and set this up through the marketplace and recently informed us that we need to switch care to other doctors. They gave us 30 days to make this switch!!! We have been with them for 14 years. My entire family. Do you how much work and difficulty this creates for patients. They probably have 100's and 100's of patients they are basically kicking out of their network. It's truly disgusting.

While during that office visit I complained of severe stomach pains and was told a CT scan was being ordered. They never called, I then had a 102 temp, I emailed the Dr. And explained that after a disagreement about $ I was told I no longer was a patient but for 30 days he was still my Dr. For emergency. Well I ended up in the ER, with a ruptured appendix and a Mass the size of a watermelon. I could have died since my appendix ruptured a week prior (when I was at Dr) but was saved by my body forming a mass around the appendix holding in infection. I informed intercoastal that I was in the hospital, not one person or even my Dr. of 9 years called or checked on me. I was left alone. Unforgivable

Two years later, the tumor reappeared at the lumpectomy site. Because I had had radiation, a mastectomy was required. When I had asked her about the benefits of a mastectomy vs lumpectomy, she retorted,"Why would you want to look like a flat-chested boy?". Eventually, it became metastatic and I ended up with 2 mastectomies. I'm glad to learn that she retired so she can't harm anyone else.

Five years later she took care of my special needs sister who developed multiple myeloma. The care she (and Meg) gave my sister, the extra love and patience for a special needs person, was beyond compare. They worked with us, her caregivers, long distance family, an ailing father and me. When breast cancer came my way in 2021, she was there. A familiar loving face with Meg at her side. The wear and tear on oncologists is tremendous and Dr Silver was a stalwart champion for my entire family. I shed tears when she retired three years into my treatment, and although I know I am in good hands with Dr Lunin, my heart wants Dr Silver and Meg...who were my family. I wish you the most peaceful retirement and thank you from the bottom of my heart for over two decades of looking after my family. I miss you!

I find it hysterical that my endocrinologist Dr Wende Kozlow fired me although I had had enough of the disrespect in mistreatment from them and I was moving on to a better doctor anyway. I tried many times to get them to give me test results when I get blood work or test and it takes minimum of 10 days before they answer you they lie to you and tell you that they don't get the results. I find it hard to believe that Sarasota hospital does not send them the results And only them because two of my other doctors got their results 10 days sooner. They must be on the crap list for Sarasota memorial that they don't get their results because there's no other explanation that they're the only ones that don't get them ever. They don't care about you and your health. Don't ever say something to the effect of "I'm sure the doctor cares more about my health then to let me suffer and not call me back and that got me fired. I didn't accuse them. I said I'm sure you don't want me to suffer. That's a lot different than accusing them of making me suffer, but I got fired which was the best thing that could've ever happened to me don't go there cause you are nothing to them. They don't care about you as a person. I have multiple health problems in desperate need of an endocrinologist and she refers me back to my family doctor that's how much they care! She was a fairly good doctor, but her office staff sucks! They're the ones who made the mess out of this. They're the ones that don't call me back and they are the ones who are very rude all the time! Save you the stress when you when you need a doctor and find a better place than intercoastal!!!! Your office staff can make you or break you in this case they definitely will break you! Not only is this my problem with them, but they asked me to have records sent to them because of my multiple problems. The pile of 9 x 12 records was over a foot high and they shredded them! Came all away from Ohio and they shredded them! Again crappy office staff! A doctor is not supposed to ever destroy records for 10 years but yet they destroyed all the ones that I paid to have sent to them! Cost me a lot of money that's how much they care about you! I can't say enough bad about them. I've had so many bad experiences. All I can say is beware there's so many other better doctors here in this town. Good luck.

She has zero personality, does not listen and outright lied to me about refilling a much needed anti-panic medication during an extremely stressful time for me. At my July 2025 appointment with her (a nearly $500 dollar out-of-pocket visit!) she refused to refill my medication until I had blood tests completed, promising to do so once she got the results. After spending $200 plus for testing, she denied me a second time. I was told I needed yet another appointment even though I had just seen her the month prior. She comes off as bored, uncaring and impatient. She's condescending when asked questions and does not listen to concerns. I don't remember a single time she's made eye contact with me. Nothing that's she's done during my time under her "care" has proven otherwise. She's simply a worker bee for the machine to make them money without a second thought to how much it costs the patient. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from her!
