Please do not use this company if you have allergies or dietary requirements. They served nuts to a known nut allergy sufferer causing her to have an allergic reaction. All because their staff couldn't be bothered to check the food labelling. Our experience started with an error on their food allergen sheet, after discussion a menu for a bit allergy sufferer was agreed. Despite this their "chef" still allowed a dish containing nuts to be served to a nut allergy sufferer.
I have serious concerns about their complete disregard for the nature of allergy sufferers at the potential consequences. The obvious lack of staff care and training is dangerous. Regis themselves have said "The issue was that the base of this contains nuts and this was chosen and served which caused the problem. (Should never have been put on production sheet as suitable and missed by 2 people pre-production as containing nuts). This should have been noticed by 2 separate sets of eyes pre-production but was missed"
A terrible catering company and one I have deep concerns regards their food safety standards and staff training.
I would urge anyone who has allergies or dietary requirements not to use this company. I could not bear it if another customer faced similar consequences read more
