However, there is a small parking lot in the back that if you are a customer, you can park at. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Jordan was my cashier and seamlessly handled my three transactions. She was also extremely personable. Chase does not seem to have a strong presence in the Alabama market. Jordan, the girl at the counter, did tell me that they are expanding, especially around this area. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was at first a member of Washington Mutual and when Chase purchased them I gave them a chance and it has been a very positive experience. Not only at my branch in my hometown, but since I travel a lot for work, I do try other branches and I have never had a negative experience. All In all, this was an extremely positive experience and I will give this particular branch five stars.

I told her but I have more money in my account than my husband... this didn't make any sense. This was at a Charles Schwab event, and I felt humiliated. I had never been treated like this in Michigan. I did get the same adviser, but our customer service was never up to par. Only my husband would get annual calls about his account, no one there would contact me. We have since transferred out accounts to another financial planner and we are through with Charles Schwab. I cannot advise anyone to use this firm.

Their suggestions have always had my best interest at heart. They also periodically offer a free "shredding" event where you can take large amounts of old papers to be safely disposed of. Even though I have a modest account, I have always been treated professionally and courteously by Elaine, Lynn and the other professionals at this branch (as well as the national 800 number). When I asked him to cancel our home owners & auto policies, the home owners was done quickly. However, the auto policy was a different story. Once he received the new auto declaration page it had the wrong effective date. My new agent & myself sent emails, texts & calls because he hadn't corrected the effective date after receiving the correct declaration page. This went on for a month or so before he even attempted to make the change. He said that I would have had a lapse in coverage. He assumed instead of communicating with me. It wouldn't make sense to cancel one policy & not the other on the same date? I do not recommend him as a reliable insurance agent, as he doesn't communicate well, slow about things done in a timely manner & has been rude as well.

They lost my business because they offered me no discounts despite years of business without EVER having a claim and never did I talk to the same person twice. They couldn't get rid of me fast enough and didn't care when I left. Kind of bugged me. Hart McGarry earned his nick name. I have found that he is an agent with Heart. Not something you often find. When you do, don't ever let it go. We need to encourage this in every industry. Perhaps he can give a few classes to the health care field and government offices next. No I'm not related, just met him as my Allstate agent and signed up. This is not a paid plug or anything like that.
