She was one of the first people I met at ACCU. She is probably one of the most knowledgable and helpful folks I've ever met. The rest of the crew at ACCU are very nice and knowledgable as well. But Linda stands out as she just knows how things work and she gets things done. You have to be able to trust the people that handle your personal financial business. Linda and the other good folks at ACCU have helped me so many times through the years and I can't say enough about their quality of service.

They applied it to my home insurance which is an automated payment on my bank account. So my car insurance was NEVER PAID! This would never would happen if Mrs Gardner would take care of her business instead of being out of the office all the time and leaving the office in care of interns. Stay away from this office! After being a loyal customer of this agent for 5 years, I would like to share a piece of…read moreinformation for potential and current clients. Amy Gardner's team was very helpful until a couple of years ago, however, the service quality has seriously regressed in recent days. I had a minor car accident dating back 3 months ago. It was not my fault, so one of their service representatives initiated a claim, and that was it. I was left alone from that point and there was no way to get help from any of them in the long claim process against the other driver's insurance company. Apparently, they cannot provide you with extensive assistance because their office does not have sufficient manpower to do so. I just spoke the Amy Gardner herself this afternoon for about 25 minutes, and this is what I was told: 1. They get 1-2 new claims every day, and they cannot check on every single case EVEN once in three days or so. 2. That I was not seriously injured like some of the other customers that require this office's assistance. There are people out there who have had limbs amputated, etc. (It sounds like you won't get the customer service you deserve unless you get in a serious car accident with severe injuries). I want to seriously express how grateful I am that the other driver and I have not had any serious injuries like Amy Gardner was describing to me over the phone and that my heart goes out to the people who have experienced these types of situations and their families. I also believe that I deserve a basic level of understanding when it comes to something like my vehicle that gets me to the job that I support my family with and/or when it comes to getting a replacement vehicle in the meantime. I understand that these agents do not have access to all of the information that I am needing but to belittle me over the phone saying I have no idea how the process works and not giving me constructive information to combat those claims when I ask for updates seems a little hostile. Please just know that this office does not care about their potential long-term employees who have good driving records and seem to only be interested in the most severe cases when it comes to assisting their clients. Statefarm is a great insurance company, but please stay away from this agent and save yourself from stress. If you are thinking about switching agents, expect at least 20 minutes of being interrogated over the phone about why you are transferring your policies to another agent along with having someone belittle your knowledge about the industry. Thank you. -Tom

They treat you really well when they are trying to sign you, but when the contract is signed, all the swag and personal service are minimal. Our biggest concern were the high fees and the fact that my spouse, who works in sales and has zero investment skills, was getting much better returns "winging it" with his 401K then what we got from these professionals. So, we looked elsewhere and transfer the accounts to another provider.

From the time you walk into the door, to the questions you have in between visits, they are as friendly and accommodating as possible. They are committed to helping you for the long term. I have no idea how many clients they have. But Greg and Quint always make time for those of us who aren't investing or have a huge fortune. And the times that they are very swamped, the rest of the team is very knowledgable and helpful. They have great communication, and everyone is always on the same page. All of the advice and information they provide is extremely thorough. But they always take the time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. Even though they do office visits by appointments, you never feel rushed. Greg also plans great lunch and breakfast meetings with very educational and entertaining speakers that all clients are invited to. They are extremely involved in the community. And they are always willing to go the extra mile. If anyone is looking for a quality financial planning team, I would not look anywhere else.
