My aunt , banks here , she is in the hospital, so I had to cash a check for her, so she had cash, it was made out to me, they said I wasn't a customer, so they had to charge me 2.25 to cash a check,the check was from regions . I thought when I walked in ,I was a customer, but she said I'm not , clerk said my aunt could come in , but she would have to charge me, my aunt, who is 90, wasn't able to get released from the hospital to due her banking. You're customer service sucks, this is not customer service. Now I'm on hold at your customer service line, my wait is only 15 minutes to talk to someone, this is awesome, tried to talk on your website, but good luck with that one.
