I work unitl 4:30 and drove as fast as I could to the bank and for them to not help me due to I was 2 minutes late is totally uncalled for. I have banked with them for 30 plus years when it was BB&T and never had a problem with Customer Service but I can clearly see it has gone down hill. There was also a car in the second lane getting help. They didn't even ask me anything just yelled at me WERE CLOSED. How would they feel if that happen to them. They never have enough staff even before covid. Must be a management issue. And whats up with their weird rules like you can't have more than $2500 dollars in cash if you want to use their drive thru.
