Robert changed my policy last May and took off rental coverage. Of course this was taken off, and I have been without a vehicle now 5 days. I have had to fight to get the coverage dispute in. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental this weekend. I will get reimbursed as I had proper documentation. I received a new policy document to add rental coverage to my current policy. I told Robert via email I would not need this anymore as I already had new insurance and coverage. I then get this email! How can you be in the service industry and act like this! He is RUDE! I am normally not one to blast someone like this as I know how it can be, BUT COME ON!
