Working with Anthony has been an exceptional experience. He has been incredibly patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the various policy options and assisting me with both auto and life insurance. I highly recommend him. He is, without a doubt, one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. read more

First class service with a smile. Friendly claims assistance. These folks all got manners. If you ever get in a bind they'll have be there for you all compassionately like. Professionally managed with a pleasant demeanor separates them from the rest. Swift of foot they are quick to respond . You can rely on dan combs to come through when the chips are down. I still haven't gotten my calendar but that's another subject. read more

I have had my car insurance policy with them for over 15 years. Any time I had questions or concerns there were agents who knew how to address those issues....over the last couple of years it seems as if knowone knows what they are talking about. Even tried to get my address changed with them after moving. Only for them to continue to still send my bill not only to my old address but also to my new one. I called their office to get the issue fixed, the agent said she's doesn't understand why I would get two bills....I said ma'am your send my bill with my personal information to a vacant home. Her response, " I don't know ma'am why they would do that."....and this has just been 1 of many issues with office. My mom and brother and grandparent have moved 6 vehicles and life insurance policies from this office because of the serious lack of communication, as well as agents are quick to make a sell but have no extensive knowledge of the products they are selling. If you have questions or concerns or just want to change something on your policy DO NOT go to the office...you will need to call the 1-800 number. You are better off doing it that way read more

Would like to say that I have had trouble with their homeowner's insurance it was bundled with car insurance a so called "rory" claimed he/she talked to me to drop my homeowner'sinsurance. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. The absolute worst company no matter where you go or what agent. I'm switching to Allstate or Amica pretty soon. So I am so excited to be rid of this toxic company read more
