I came for Sun Creek Brewery, and stayed for the ridiculously good Brewer's Choice Loaded Nachos. Nachos may seem like a bland or boring choice at most places, but these are anything but bland. The portion is HUGE, and can easily serve 2 - 4. The nachos are over flowing with toppings such as beer cheese, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, fresh jalapeños, hot red peppers, sour cream, and your choice of a protein (Brisket, Pork, or Chicken). What I love about these nachos are that the cheese and toppings are layered throughout the nacho chips. I typically see the topping only thrown on top, not the case here. All the flavors work together exceptionally well, with my favorite being that of the beer cheese. My only nit pick is that the brisket was a bit dry and over cooked, but still complimented the dish well. At the pretty reasonable price of $14, I was pleasantly surprised with amount of toppings and portion size.
