What I love about these nachos are that the cheese and toppings are layered throughout the nacho chips. I typically see the topping only thrown on top, not the case here. All the flavors work together exceptionally well, with my favorite being that of the beer cheese. My only nit pick is that the brisket was a bit dry and over cooked, but still complimented the dish well. They were served in a small plastic bucket and the 2 flavors separated by wax paper. The flavorings were actually drizzled over the donuts and layered perfectly so that we had deliciousness in every bite.
