Lived here for 3 years. Went through 3 different office staff. The current one was the one that…read moremade us decide to move. First off the maintenance staff are amazing. They do the best they can. That being said the property manager is a complete waste. She does nothing and is pretty useless and has an obvious hatred towards white people. Some of the most ridiculous things they changed were 1. You use to only be allowed 2 cars per resident. Now it doesn't matter. Which made the already hard parking situation even worse. 2. You use to be able to get work orders done fast. Now if you want light bulbs changed then you have to do it yourself. According to their corporate overlords even if you have vaulted ceiling then it's still your responsibility. Not even a joke. 3. It's a gated community....kinda. The gate is always broken and constantly being repaired. The whole point is to only let residents and vendors in. But everyone gets in. They use code/dial pad system. Which is a joke. They should use a card system and charge residents for extra cards or lost cards. They could even deactivate them if things get bad. Nope. 4. The Window seals are old and let in rain. Several residents complain and they refuse to have them resealed properly. Corporate while doing walk throughs said "We would love to have a breeze in our apartments". Yes this is their corporate staff violating building codes because they would rather have residents deal with mold then spend a couple hundred bucks on resealing windows ...but you get bingo nights 5. The pool use to be for residents only. The current manager and her hands off let certain groups of people do what they want approach has let the pool become a town pool. Residents are supposed to only have 2 visitors per apartment. But now you have people eating at the deck and complaining about kids splashing and diving, but they're not even from here! We stopped going to the pool or bringing our kids there because it was over run with non-residents who were cussing drinking and doing obscene things while the office staff did nothing. Until someone popped in the pool that is and got shut down. 6. Fitness center use to be decent. Now it's a hang out for kids from other neighborhoods. Then newer residents who have come in have let their kids and kids friends hang out in the fitness center. They don't workout or do anything they just hang on the machine. Again the Manager only deals with it if it's a certain group of people. 7. Garages use to be worth the price. Now if anything happens to them it will be weeks before maintenance will be able to get to them and you will not get ANY communication for just about any work order. A friend of ours garage ceiling fell in and he showed us photos and the work order he put in almost a month ago. Our door got damaged because (again) one of the newer residents backed into it and nothing was done about it for weeks In closing this place use to be worth the price. But shady management trying to turn it into California and a Corporate Staff that doesn't seem to care and an overwhelmed Maintenance staff make this place an easy pass. It used to be a nice place to have a family and make friends with your neighbors. Now it's basically LA.

The office manager Matt is amazing & attentive to your concerns & needs...as well as the rest of the staff, Karla, Angelia, Maintenance Julien & Brandon. They have made feel very welcome especially since I've moved here out of state. I lived in a lot of apartments over the years...and they by far exceeded my expectations with outstanding service!! I would highly recommend anyone to rent here!! Thanks for making me feel at home!!

Instead of them making the situation better they opted to plot to try to fire me. I resigned before it got out of hand. Be careful considering this place. I got sick because of the mold infestation

The apartment smelled of musty mold and there were other issues needing repair. After 2 weeks the heat finally got repaired - no offer of adjustment to rent after no heat and the fan running 24/7. The smell of must and mold needs an "ozone treatment" after a company supposedly checked and said no mold present. I had to be out of the apartment for the ozone treatment. After almost three months I was gone for 3 days. 10 days out I told the office I was going to be out of town. The day before I left I double checked that we were on track to do the ozone. I get back - no treatment. They can't find the machine now and !! Now I'm told the machine can be used without me leaving town - a sudden change to the protocol.... Hmmmmm suspicious. But - I thought it was dangerous to use around humans?!? It is spring now and I went to open the windows to let the musty smell out and.... Not one screen!! I went and asked for screens and the girl asked " how many would you like?" I responded "uhhh, all of them...?!?" Like there is a choice. This apartment is NOTHING like the place I viewed on a visit before I moved cross country to work at Ft. Campbell. I was bait and switched and when I asked about it - one of the myriad of managers I've dealt with in three months stated that the guy I dealt with was fired for improper behaviour - intimating he lied to me. When I asked him about an adjustment he turned and walked away! Corporate regional manager is here. Ive requested a sit down and was told they will call me when they are off the phone conference call. I highly doubt it. That was 30+ minutes ago. I would not rent from this place and will not renew. Mos def a place to avoid. Robb Rogers

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! MOLD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.SCAMMERS!…read more The apartments are decent. The landscaping is usually maintained. The issue lies in the customer service and the, for lack of a better word, morons, working in the office. These women have tried to get over on us for an extra deposit because they can't manage their office properly and don't see that we paid a deposit on arrival, a year ago. They also refused to open the bathrooms in the clubhouse for over a year because Covid. Yet the pool was open. Now to swim in the pool we all pay for they expect us to sign a waiver and wear some obnoxious wristband. There's always something broken in our apartment and the maintenance guy does his best to fix things but you can tell he's being goaded to half way do things. The gate to the gated community is usually broken. When it does work it's slow as molasses. The location is pretty nice though. . If you don't mind Wilma Rudolph traffic and there being only one way in and out of the complex. Then again there aren't many decent apartments in Clarksville so it's one of the better looking ones. . If you're thinking about moving here, go look at Solis first. We just needed a place asap and the Preserve had an opening. Oh if you like clean shoes, make sure eyou don't walk in the grass. For some reason the other tennants with dogs don't like to clean up after themselves even though there's a dog park and trash cans throughout the complex. The worst thing about this place is how I paid a deposit and a months rent ahead of time and because I refused to give them another deposit they refused to renew my lease. Giving me 30 days to find something else in the middle of a pandemic. Oh and they still demand that I give them the deposit. I'd suggest literally going anywhere else. OH!! How could I forget. When moving in, they tell you they aren't responsible for the mold. And you're responsible for cleaning. I thought it was odd but okay.. what they fail to mention is that mold comes from behind the flimsy plastic walls in the bathroom in chunks. Their only solution.. caulk the bottom . . Because that gets rid of mold.

Our apartment was clean and the walls painted perfectly. There were lots of dust and cob webs on the light fixtures and in the corners but all in all looked clean. One issue is a very very strong chemical/mildew smell coming from the washer. We submitted a work order that was promptly addressed but it was not resolved so we have resubmitted another. That being said the washer and dryer in this apartment works amazing.

Absolutely horrible experience. I am an active duty member in the Air Force. I was given…read moredeployment orders and they made me pay two entire months rent while I was deployed. That's ~$3,000 out of my pocket for an apartment that nobody was living in. That was after the workers in the leasing office said to my face that I would not be responsible for that payment. They only reached out to me to tell me the bad news AFTER I had already gotten to my deployed location. Not only that but the apartments them selves aren't that nice for the price. EXTREMELY unprofessional and mistreatment of their clients. I would never rent from them again and honestly I hope someone puts their cars on blocks cause that would cost about $3,000 to fix.

I had a roommate and the bedrooms were close enough in size that who had the master wasn't an issue. The grounds were always well maintained, notice of workers having to enter was also done in ample time and response to maintenance calls were very timely. One evening in particular our smoke detector was acting up at almost 10pm. It started going off for no apparent reason and wouldn't turn off (it was electric rather than battery). I called the maintenance man, who arrived in only 10 mins, and he thought he had it fixed. 20 minutes after he left it started up again! Not only did he come back to the apartment again that and attempt to fix it, but he ended up having to come back a third time, which was a charm. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here. They have a nice pool and a very private workout facility. Garage units are also available for rent.
