I was charged $1100 for repairs that never existed. They listed one of the things that they charged me with was "duct cleaning". I didn't know I was part of the maintenance team and I religiously changed my A/C filter every month and I do not smoke. I made sure I left the apartment as clean as when I moved in. Also, once you move out management fails to answer your emails, texts, snail mail or telephone calls. Like I said, I had no issues while I lived there but just beware of getting screwed when you decide to move.

They promised to have the apartment cleaned, but then said they are sending someone to "check" the apartment instead of having it cleaned. Do NOT move here. These apartments are very run down and not in good condition at all!

For the prices they charge (rent and fees very reasonable) these apartments are an excellent value and probably the best in the area. The management staff is friendly and responsive and maintenance is very prompt. I highly recommend Fishermans Landing and I plan to rent from them again in the future.
