This place has theeee worst possible attitude towards the feelings of being kind to your fellow neighbor.. just because I have a verry good friend who is currently down on her luck at the moment and I'm just trying to be a good friend... This place wasn't having it. They immediately kicked me out after paying their full price cuz they don't allow people helping other people... I really don't recommend this place to anyone... They are heartless and don't deserve to be allowed to do business in the beautiful city of Brea let alone the overall country with the homeless "problem" we have.. that's my truth and I couldn't make it up if I tried... Evil. Even the other tenants thought so.. the girl working the counter yesterday (June 8th 22) was theee rudest most inconsiderate person I've met this HOTTT summer..!! She needs Jesus in her life.

This is another classic Embassy Suites with spacious rooms and a beautiful seven-story atrium!…read more It's conveniently located less than 50 steps from the Brea Mall and within a stone's throw of the intersection of Imperial Highway and the Orange Freeway. A huge water feature on the atrium's ground floor relaxes guests during their phenomenal complimentary breakfast. And our small balcony provided views of the Puente Hills as a backdrop behind Brea's Birch Street. Despite being a 36-year-old hotel, it's been modernized and updated quite nicely. The pool is surrounded by trees and very private. The rooms are incredibly quiet. Maybe the only downside is that guests have to pay a daily rate for parking a car in the garage beneath the hotel. You'd think this would be included in the rather steep price we paid for a corner suite, or at least for us Hilton Honors loyalty members for nearly 20 years now! But all the other aspects about this facility are nice.

The staff was incredibly helpful along with the amazing servers such as David helping us every single night at the restaurant. Room service was amazing! The breakfast was delicious every morning; warm and fresh with plenty of seating for everyone in the hotel. Our accommodations in each ballroom and conference room that we used was spectacular! We had freshwater in every room at all times and everything was incredibly clean. I cannot wait to host our pageant again there next year.

We are Marriott Bonvoy members and have had relatively good experiences with Residence Inns. Our check-in was quick and very warm. Our pup was loved upon and they offered us extra water for her. Our first room was great but not long after moving in my husband noticed the AC was not working. He requested help and once they determined the AC was not functioning properly and an HVAC repair company would not be available, they situated us in another room. Our second room was just as nice. We enjoyed the full kitchen option. With Target being so close we were able to make dinner and lunch which saved us time and money. The highlight is the continental breakfast!! We were both super pleased at the variety, the cleanliness, the calm environment, and the customizable options for food. My only concern is the thinness of the walls. We were fortunate that our neighbors respected the time of day so we didn't have an issue while we slept but we could hear everything they said next door and every step of the people above us. This was manageable and I'd still recommend staying here when you need a little home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality and helping us while we were displaced from our home.

Wow. I loved the stay and would stay here again if I am in the area…read more Price was very reasonable. Parking lot is nice, clean, and only $13 to park per day, right in front of the front door. Giant suites over 500 square feet. Full kitchen, full sized fridge, stove, utensils, etc. Check in was a breeze, happy friendly staff. Nice fireplace right near the check in area. Elevators were pretty fast even though there are 5 floors, we never had to wait more than a minute or 2. Complimentary breakfast buffet, pretty standard but free and included. Eggs, Waffles, yogurt, etc. The room was large, clean, and new. The decor was modern, and looks nice. The sitting area was spacious and a large TV with easy to connect to your HDMI cord and computer to be able to watch what you want. Then you had the bedroom area, separated and with a door, it had a decent size TV as well. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The room was decent size and fairly quiet, even though we were next to a busy street. Then you had the separate large bathroom, with a nice large shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in dispensers inside the shower. We did not check out the pool or cabanas, but they looked nice from inside. I posted plenty of photos for you to see what I mean.

STAY AWAY. THE…read moreMANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I used to stay here once in a while when needed and used to love it. Most recently when I was working with an Internet company required to be in the field, I got extremely busy with phone calls, and had a huge deposit along with my booking for my room. When it was due to be rebooked, I wound rush downstairs since they would not take payment over the phone. One day, Ivonne, I believe, had called and informed me they had to re run my card, I was on the other line with my manager from work. She got extremely hostile with me and I hung up the phone on her. I had around $1500 deposit on hold for several days, I told her I would come re extend downstairs. She raised her voice and tone and I hung up the call, she called back and asked: "Did you just hang up on me? ", knowing I had a $1500 deposit on my room I was looking for my card to rebook. When I hung up the call, she called back and stated I could not rebook due to hanging up the call on her (very weird and personal I know), then I told her I would come down with the card to rebook, and she proceeds to say: "No you are not rebooking", and I asked to speak to higher management, and she stated she was higher management, and to leave the property. She got on a power trip and I had been staying there for a few weeks already, and wanted to speak to higher management about telling me to leave. She then jumps straight to saying: "And now you're getting abrasive, so if you do not leave the property, I will calling the police department". So at that point, not only was I being rudely told to leave with a large deposit on file (around $1500) she also threatened me with the police when I simply responded to her questions over the phone, she accused me of doing something I was not doing . I didn't actually have time to even argue with her since my boss kept calling me on the other line. I used to love staying here because they provide breakfast and meals. There are sketchy workers in the parking lot when you come and go at late hours of the night if you are alone. IVONNE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, I NOTICED THIS THE FIRST WEEK OF MY CHECK IN WHEN I COMPLIMENTED HER HAIRCUT, AND SHE BATTED HER EYES AND SAID "THANK YOU" AND PROCEEDED TO CUT ME OFF SO SHE CAN REVERT BACK TO THE RESERVATION DISCUSSION, LOL she is super rude (I WAS JUST BEING FRIENDLY SINCE I HAD BEEN DRIVING ALL DAY AND WAS GLAD TO REST UP). I WILL BE POSTING THIS REVIEW ON SEVERAL PLATFORMS AS YOU DO NOT THREATEN PEOPLE WITH POLICE WHEN THEY HAVE NOT THREATENED YOU IN ANYWAY. IVONNE INITIATED THE ARGUMENT OVER THE PHONE, AND STATED I WAS GETTING ABRASIVE. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ARGUE WITH HOTELS THAT I ENJOYED STAYING AT. I WILL BE REPORTING THE STAFF. We've stayed here four times so far; always opting for a jetted tub room. The staff is always polite and helpful. The elevators, hallways and rooms are always clean and smell clean. The bedding is always fresh and comfortable. The tubs have always been clean. The thing I love most is that at 5'2", I can float in those giant tubs! My 6'2" husband and I fit comfortably side by side. I will add though, the tubs are a little hard to get into.. a small handrail on the wall could really help. And having a dimming light above the tub would be amazing! The breakfast at the restaurant isn't worth it.. there's better options right outside. But for value, cleanliness and a good nights sleep, this is the place!

As a Gold Member, I've usually received excellent customer service but this person was terrible. Claimed he couldn't find our reservation, when I called the service line they said it was there just fine. He kept saying "there's so many reservations", rolling his eyes, and heavily sighing. He then didn't answer the phone when the representative I called was trying to reach for him. So, we had no where to stay for the night during a family emergency. Seriously doubt I'll even use Hilton again after that fiasco.

The furniture is a bit wobbly and dated but the room has fresh paint with a contrasting wall. Lots of storage in the dresser and kitchen cabinets. The closet is a large curtain affair with wire racks and "hangars upon request". They wisely installed hard flooring which turned my socks brown, so I bought a sanitizing swifer to remedy that. It took 3calls to get the dishes I expected to have in my room the first day. Bring some dishes if you expect to eat in the room the first few days. I brought hand soap, dish soap, sponge and dish towels. Just assume there won't be anything in the kitchen except a microwave. Never did get a coffee pot. The "free WiFi" is a low band width option, otherwise it's about $5/day for full WiFi. Your smart phone HotSpot is way faster than the free WiFi. Bed is on the firm side, as are the 3 pillows. I'm a light sleeper, so ear plugs were a must for the air conditioner, and the hotel door slammers we all endure. Well lighted parking lot and very well lighted room. The only window opens onto the exterior hallway, so you'll keep it closed for privacy. Mine seemed to be one of the few without a screen though. They seriously need to power wash the stairs though! No restaurant in or within walking distance (1/2mile) of the hotel other than a Togo's / BaskinRobbins next door. In the end I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it would work in a pinch at $80ish per night and only the 3floor to eliminate noise from ceiling stompers. I think the 5star reviews are fake. No one would stay here for a year, or for a month!! You'd rent an apartment or AirBnB for that length of time.

I stayed at the Fullerton Marriott for one night, and it is by far the best hotel I've stayed at…read more It's a shame that I only stayed one night. This hotel constantly exceeded my expectations. LOBBY The lobby was very open and consisted of many couch sitting areas and a bar. It's well lit and spacious with cool light fixtures. The outside had a lot of greenery that was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. There were even dog treats offered at the check-in counter, which shows how they go above and beyond to serve their guests and their thoughtfulness. LOUNGE My stay included free access to the lounge, which was located on the 6th floor. The lounge included an open public area that overlooks a beautiful view of the college campus, supplied with different snacks and treats, from cookies to chips, fruit, and candy bars. Various sitting areas, couches, and a TV were present, which were all aesthetically pleasing. They also offered free breakfast buffet-style and access to the pool ROOM The hotel room had a good amount of sitting places and areas to unpack. As well as a large counter with lots of room to unpack luggage and items. Usually hotels have barely any sitting places within the room other than the bed, so this was notable. The TV has a variety of channels and shows that are free to access. Additionally, the hotel has a sense of style and aesthetic with the wallpaper being a cool newspaper artsy style. There was a carpet between the beds, which provided warmth and was very thoughtful; most hotels have just cold bare flooring everywhere. BATHROOM The bathroom was well lit with a huge mirror and a very spacious shower with a sliding door. The toilet is at a normal level, not on the ground like some other hotels. Which is a big deal! The hair dryer was a normal, decent size, making it easy to dry off and access for a one-night stay without having to carry one in luggage. Usually hotels offer a puny tiny hair dryer with no power. This was something that exceeded my expectations. The shower did have trouble warming up, but the staff was more than willing and ready to take a look at it if anyone encounter this turn the sink on either hot or cold until the shower warms up a tip the hotel service gave. The bathrooms on the lobby floor were surprisingly great. There was a beautiful interior design on the doors and well-maintained amenities that were open to use for even non hotel guest, it wasn't any ordinary nasty public bathroom.

I actually have never bothered to watch TV in any hotel I've ever stayed in, but I did this time. It was actually nice to be able to do that.
