If you ever find yourself needing inpatient rehabilitation, this is the place you want to be…read more I stayed at Virginia Mason-Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital following surgery, and this experience played a major role in my recovery. This rehab hospital gave me a safe, calm, and genuinely caring environment to heal physically, emotionally, and mentally as I adjusted to changes in my function and prepared to return home. What stands out most is the people. Every person I interacted with, from front desk staff to nurses, CNAs, therapists, doctors, and case managers, treated me with empathy, patience, and respect. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I felt cared for at every level. My occupational therapist, Beverly, was phenomenal. She brought incredible energy to each session, explained what was happening with my body, and used a wide range of tools and exercises to help me regain function. More importantly, she made it feel safe to try, adjust, and try again. Hiro was my main physical therapist, along with others including Alicia, Stephanie, and Annie. Hiro has an exceptional way of helping you feel relaxed and supported, even when the work is challenging. Physical therapy sessions felt encouraging rather than intimidating, and I gained real confidence in my balance and walking because of his approach. Dr. Wang and Corrine managed my medical care, and I always felt listened to and supported. My speech therapist, Abby, was also outstanding. Her work focused on real life transitions and helped me think through what life would look like after discharge. It felt like return to life therapy, not just speech therapy. My case manager, Lindsay, made the discharge process smooth and stress free. She coordinated appointments, handled details, and ensured everything was in place so I did not have to worry about what came next. The nurses and CNAs were exceptional. Names I remember include Bridget, Shane, Kristen, JoJo, Sarah, Courtney, Daryl, Anne, Rachel, Albert, and Ebony, along with many others who showed the same level of care. Their support was personal, attentive, and deeply human, which made a meaningful difference during a vulnerable time. The facility itself is excellent. I had a private room that supported my healing and gave me space to practice independence. The rehab gyms are outstanding and well equipped. The food also deserves recognition. It was genuinely good, and nutrition is clearly treated as part of the recovery process. I also want to thank Julee at the main desk, who was consistently kind and welcoming during my early mornings and helped me ease into each day. This hospital gave me the space to rest, recover, and rebuild. If I ever need inpatient rehabilitation again, this is absolutely where I would want to be. I am deeply thankful to everyone at Virginia Mason-Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital for their care, compassion, and support.

Yes there is a shortage of employees due to that People just either don't want to work or due too fear of Covid but that's why this company offers protection and covid testing twice a week. This company is vey precaution. if you like over time they will offer you the over time. You do have opportunity's to excel to move up. The nurses are really good to the patience, the patience are well taken care of. The hardest part of this Job was saying good bye do to that I had to move out of state. If you love to take care of patience and make a difference in somebody life then this is your calling. but if your in it for the money this isn't your job.

Avoid this place for your loved ones. My dad has been there for over a week and he has seen one…read morenurse and has had zero showers. He's had occupational therapists and physical therapy (riding a stationary bike for 15 minutes a day) which are worth mentioning because they are the only services he's received. We told the staff we needed stairs work but they brought in a block to work with so we're not impressed. His occupational therapist also expressed his racist views, he will be reported. The food has been terrible and he's not eating and he's losing weight which they keep commenting on. When I visited last week, I was greeted with "You can't come in" which I know, I was dropping off a couple of comfort items. I know that these places are on lock down but the attitude wasn't needed. So, not sure where the quality facilities are but this isn't it.

My grandma just started her (temporary) stay here for injury rehabilitation. The whole idea is that…read moreby staying in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), she will get more PT sessions in per day, and thus her recovery will get a good starting boost. I'm writing this review on her behalf. She isn't a fan of the food, but understands that it's temporary for her. What's REALLY concerning is: - She says this SNF is very, very dirty. - She says it smells like urine throughout. - She needs to be up and moving as much as possible. After her (presumed) first walk of the day, she asked to get up and do it again in a few hours. The response was that it wasn't possible, the staff "were too busy for that". Note -- her surgeon AND hospitalist emphasized that the point of a SNF was doing her exercise regimen 3x daily and having staff to help her improve her mobility at other times of day......... Hi there, ICC staff, have you read her doctor's notes and treatment plan? Are you planning to simply not follow that plan? I'm honestly really worried that my grandma's health will get worse in her stay here. If the staff can't be bothered even when the patient asks for assistance....... Will they bother to make sure the patient is using their incentive spirometer, so that their very high risk elderly patient doesn't get pneumonia? Will they bother to take care and measure an elderly diabetic patient's blood glucose? Will update this review after her stay is over. For my grandma's sake, I hope that that the impression so far is not truly what this place is like. Seriously hoping this turns out to be a fantastic SNF. Fingers crossed.

I'd like to be transparent in the fact that this review is after visiting the rehabilitation center…read moreon a tour, and I have not had a family member personally stay here. However, I have learned that it is challenging to know what to expect, and find good resources, so I felt like leaving a review might at least be helpful to some... The location itself not on a busy street, the parking could use improvement, however, there is some in the back. I do think the staff here is efficient and they were very responsive to phone calls and questions and coming in for a tour. During the tour I was able to ask any questions that I wanted to, and was able to understand clearly Aryana's responses. The way that this location is set up, included a short term, hallway, and a long-term hallway, the cleanliness of the areas were pretty good, and the overall facility did show a movie area, and boardgame area. I don't expect any location to be perfect, I did see a lot of seemingly happy family members visiting there, family while passing through the hallways... There was one spot that smelt of urine, but perhaps that was being addressed. Overall, I think if you are looking for someplace that your family needs to stay at, this is a good spot to begin your tour, and see.

In fact my second stay in 2024 was just as great as the 2023! In late April of 2024 I stood up from my bed and I literally felt a huge POP in my lower spine, and the pain was horrible! I knew that I had at least one , but it turned out to be TWO! I could barely stand up, walk, and generally just painful to the max!! I finally got an appointment with my Neurologist and while he knew what had happened, and my report to him was correct! So back to the the 2024 the surgeon to schedule the reason to go to Lynnwood Post Acute Rehab Center after the surgery! After several days in the hospital the Social Worker came In to my room to give me three choices as to where I should go. I interrupted her and told her that I knew exactly where I wanted to go and that was Lynnwood Post Acute Rehab Center! Thankfully there was only one room available but they held it knowing that I was getting there in the next couple of days! If you read my glowing report from my 2023 stay would be exactly the same in 2024!
