We're blessed to have had few medical issues in our life, so in a stressful and unfamiliar situation, the Neuro staff in Webber 4 was INCREDIBLE. Nurses, Residents, security, food-delivery, techs, EVERYONE on deck was very sweet, friendly and great about answering questions and helping us understand the process, and also share some more casual conversation with us too :) Hospitals are inherently stressful and I can't imagine what the staff has to go through on a daily basis. Yes, occasionally wait times were a bit long, but keep in mind where you're at and all of the other people who need help too. We never felt forgotten or uncared for- and we know that's not always the case! Would recommend Harper to friends in an instant.

My sister, this is her second visit to the hospital because of her health, and this is the second time my sister dentures have been misplace or no one know what happen to them. I do not understand the nurses that should watch over patients put their personally items away, as the patient it being care for in emergency procedures. My sister has been at other hospital and rehab facilities. Never have anything been lost. This is a nightmare; she can't eat anything this is horrible.

I called and said "My Aunt is dying and I can't handle this, I need help" The hospice nurse said " I was just there this morning and she was fine" well, she was not fine. My best friend is a hospice nurse with another company. I video taped my Aunt and counted her breaths. My friend said she is dying. She said ask for morphine because they gave my Aunt nothing. Dying special needs and no meds. Unreal. Still being tube fed up until the end. A total heartbreaking nightmare for me. I was screaming, GET THE MORPHINE!!! Finally she got it, surprised I was not arrested. She got it and then passed away 15 minutes later. Total nightmare that haunts me. Never use Seasons hospice !!!!!

My 95 year old Mother was under Season's Hospice care for a year at an assisted living home the…read moreentire one year Covid-19 lockdown. I depended on them to give me a full report after each visit. I found out that one nurse who was supposed to visit face to face with Mom was actually calling the head nurse at the Home to get a report from her car, and would relay Mom's vitals to me like she was actually there. When I asked the nurse about something specific pertaining to Mom, she would quickly tell me she was doing fine and would change the subject. I found out from the Home admins she was not even going into my Mom's room. Well, my Mom passed away on March 8th 2021, and not one nurse came to visit her during the last week of her life. All they were doing was prescribing more and more morphine until Mom was a vegetable and hadn't been able to eat for four days before she cruelly died. The Home asked me if I would like to be Mom's care giver the final days and had I not been there to give Mom water and whisper support to her, she might have died sooner. For the last days of Mom's life, the Home acted as if their hands were tied being under Hospice care and Hospice acted as if Mom's final days were the Homes' responsibilities. Mom passed on March 8th and I have not received any condolences from any nurse that had visited her for the past year. The only person to call was Lynn, a social worker who has been monitoring my health and well being during since the start. Shame on you Season's Hospice for not caring about my Mom even in her final days under your care. You had no problem billing my Mom's Medicare for a year though. Andy Z.

I arrived at emergency valet and said to valet I would need a wheelchair he then pointed me to were the wheelchair are with no help. I didn't like that at all. But did go get one and carried my son out the car to the wheelchair and inside. Where I had to wait in a line even though my son was in excruciating pain. An hour and half later they finally got him back x ray him and said he broke his femur bone and would be going into surgery tonight to put bone back in place and emergency open incision surgery In the morning. He was in surgery for three hours. It was so hard on me being a worry wart. We ended up spending four nights in the hospital because they don't have pt specialists on Friday and Saturday or Sundays . Some nurses seem to care more than others. His orthopedic surgeon was fantastic though very knowledgeable he was nice and very patient truly the absolute best ( Dr. Slotkin) he gets five stars. Hospital clearly needs more funding . The valet needs to be more helpful and sympathetic. The nurses need to be in touch with the fact these are children not adults. Not all but some. The pt specialist ( Ashley ) was also a very kind great lady who deserves five stars !
