Went back numerous times, over the period of several weeks, in excruciating pain only to receive different pain killers nearly every visit for what turned out to be an undiagnosed infection. By the time they referred me to an infectious disease specialist at the Health Science it had already spread to my jaw bone resulting in months of antibiotics to clear it up. As a result I was left with what I can only believe is permanent nerve damage on my lower lip. Asked for my money back and they never replied.

I was with the same de tist for over 25 years and while he was great, any dentist that filled in for him if he was out of office, left me uneasy, upset, and often in a heightened anxiety state. So I came to first street dental to see Dr. Robert after several recommendations! (I posted in a girls group about my dental anxiety and needing to find a new dentist) And I'm so glad I made the switch. Dr. Roberts is so soft spoken, takes the time to explain what he is going to do before he does it, explains each step as he goes, asks if you're doing OK and just makes you feel so relaxed and secure. As the secretary explain to me "he's a gentle giant and everyone loves him" well he has another fan !! And I'll recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist, especially anyone who has anxiety like myself. The overall vibe of the office is cozy. You feel "homey" when you arrive. Its not like a new fancy dental office you see picked off Pinterest, it is an older office style. But its clean and you dont get that dentist office smell when you walk in (Which is one thing I HATED about my original dental office, the smell of all dental stuff they use) The front staff are so nice, they are quick with check in/check out. They don't keep you waiting long and so far in my few visits they have been so friendly and helpful ! 10/10 recommend first street dental !!

They stop instantly if you're in pain and you just raise your hand. If you are afraid of the dentist, go here and ask them to connect you with the staff which is best at treating people with dental anxiety. They will hook you up. I also was nervous that they would take me for a ride and start looking for extra stuff to do but they didn't. They didn't over treat me and they didn't under treat me. I feel so relieved and I won't avoid the dentist again next time.

I decided to get a second opinion. The second dentist reviewed my pre-fillings X-rays and could not find cavities on the filled teeth and 7 other teeth Bommu intended to drill into. Please consider getting a second opinion before letting unethical dentists like him perform unnecessary irreversible procedures on your teeth. I do not wish for anyone else to experience what I did.
