I am a member of the group of residents directors whom independently have the right to manage (RTM) company of Advent 1, 2 and 3. The RTM was created with assistance from Regalty who asked in return for all the free legal assistance in setting up an RTM, to be the first management company to be given a chance to turn around this estate. The previous management company were Artisan who had built the estate and been managing it. However due to there unpopularity most residents were refusing to pay service charges and Artisan had withdrawn all there services. The estate was not in a good state of affairs to the point even the light bulbs in the corridors had all blown. Since Regalty arrived just over 18months ago the turn around has been amazing. We have a full time team on site., the majority of both building have been repainted, doors have been replaced, light bulbs all working, patio and out door areas have been jet washed, corridors are regularly cleaned and maintained, 8 lifts have been repaired, over 30k's worth of CCTV have been installed.....the list goes on.. We also have regular residents meetings and directors meetings with Regalty to decide the best route forward for the estate. As for Alan his passion is undoubted and his experience is vast. He has no time for wingers and time wasters who want to slow this process down with arguments and prevent him from getting on with the job at hand managing your estate. read more

If you had been talking about Artisan, I couldn't have agreed more; but Alan and all the staff I have had dealings with at Regalty Estates have always done their utmost to help and have always responded promptly and politely to my emails and phone calls. And I'm sure that the other owners and tenants at Advent are extremely grateful, as I am, for Regalty's involvement with the ridiculously expensive insurance debacle which the freeholder was trying on! I am a resident 1, 2&3 Advent and dont know what his guy is on about!! We have recently over 285 apartments joined Regalty Estates in fighting a freeholder for right to manage and to counter sue on a £95,000 insurance demand which would of cost us £400 each!!! Alan Williamson and his team represented us in the tribunal which he won for us and saved us all this money. I haven't got a clue what guy is going on about but Regalty seem to have the full support of the board and the residents... in fact his site manager Paul I believe won an award in the nationwide property management awards!!!! read more

Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid, Avoid, avoid. They have been rude and incompetent in the management of our apartment block. Alan Williamson is rude and aggressive on the telephone and will do anything to avoid spending any money on repairs etc. Not a pleasant outfit. Check out the Google reviews too - avoid. read more
