This is in response to the review put up by Claire B on Yelp. It is clear to see that the property was in excellent condition when they took occupancy. In fact the tenants were in their second year of occupancy. Her pictures are of the condition of the property when she left. Always easy to blame agents and landlords when there are issues especially when there are delays in reporting any maintenance issues by the tenants themselves. Having spoken to the agent, I was informed that the tenant did not report any issues until the place was in a poor state which could have been avoided. If the agent was not competent the tenant would have not renewed their tenancy. The condition of the property reflects how the tenant was lacking in taking care of the property themselves. Mould on the walls is due to lack of air circulation which often happens when windows are not open when tenants are residing in the property or are away for long holidays. Nico Properties are an excellent Letting Agent who have alot of satisfied landlords and tenants alike. That review is a poor representation of a very reputable company who continue to help a lot of people. read more
