Upon our arrival, Bronx seemed quite thin, had some malnourishment, had an unpleasant odor, and his ears appeared to have never been cleaned after the ear cropping. He was lethargic and stumbled everywhere. He was immediately recognized as family, but we still needed to work on "beefing" him up. Our veterinarian examined him and found that he was malnourished and that an infection had spread to his trimmed ears. Bronx was fed a healthy diet and regular vitamins to ensure his growth despite our Cane Corso's hardships. However, Bronx suffered from gastrointestinal issues, ear infections, and a bacterial infection at the age of just 1 1/2 years old, all of which required costly medical treatment due to his congenital abnormality. Eventually, the illness proved fatal. But even though we grieve him terribly, we believe his environment contributed to his death. In order to avoid being a victim of paying exorbitant costs for certain breeds and medical care--we are currently 12k in debt with no puppy--please consider the environment when buying pets, ask the important questions, be aware of pet lemon laws, and have a professional veterinarian inspect your pet's health.

Jim's professionalism is applied to the care of the mini schnauzers not to dummy's. Yes he will have very pointed direct discussions and questions with perspective human parents of his babies. If he feels you do not qualify maybe you need to go take a look in the mirror. Jim was very courteous to me both on the phone and when I picked up my puppy, who is now 3 years old and a fantastic example of the breed. If Jim had not been so discerning of who can adopt his puppies, then I would of had cause for concern. Everything he speaks of on his website is absolutely true.
