HORRIBLE work done by the man. The pictures provided are literally not 12 hours old from his work. I went In for my nails to be filled with the powder. The man who did them was talking about how he couldn't wait to leave. Finally he was done after burning my several times with the tools. I paid and let as I was on my way to Sedona. I should have looked at his work SMH. I saw his work about an hour later as I settled into the hotel. HORRIBLE. The powder is fully covering some nails. The top coat has peeled off exposing a horrible and dull looking color. I have never been so unsatisfied with nail service. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! read more

I went here yesterday for a pedicure and it was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail shop! The lady doing the pedicure was so rude and obviously in a terrible mood! She did an ok job even though she didn't take much time on the pedicure and the leg massage lasted about 1 minute! She also slapped my foot and told me to relax which wasn't easy to do since I was so irritated! Needless to say I won't ever return! Also, it was dirty and looked like they reused the tools on the next person!! read more

Stopped in for a pedicure on a Sunday. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had! The nail tech clipped my nails & then went right to clipping my cuticals....she didn't soften them & push them back first. While she was clipping my cuticals, she nicked the skin on one of my toes. Against my better judgement, I didn't say anything & let her continue. She failed to file & use the buffer. I had requested callous removal....she took my feet straight out of the water & began scraping WITHOUT first softening the callouses! As a result, she scraped the skin on my big toe, resulting in a significant amount of blood. The foot/leg massage was about 2 min. I know she felt bad about the callous removal & didn't charge me, but I will never go back!!! read more

SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! BEWARE OF JOHNNY! I will never be back here. I had to call the corporate office! I got what was supposed to be French tips done. JOHNNY, the manager, did my nails. It was sloppy, and the white tips were at least 50% of the nail. On some nails the white tip was about 75%! I wish I could show you a picture. After hesitantly paying, I came back forty minutes later to have him fix them. I posted them on Facebook and 100% of girls agreed that it was unprofessional and unfinished, so that's what convinced me I needed to come back asap. I waited an hour for Johnny to finish up with a client. He didn't think anything was wrong with them and proceeded to tell me how he's been doing nails for 13 years and I'm a newbie so I have no right to complain. I told him that's precisely why I got a second opinion on the internet. He was offended that I posted pictures, even though I never mentioned which place I went to. He started yelling and cursing me out, telling me he doesn't give a damn about me and I mean nothing, and said he refused to give me back my money or fix my nails. The corporate office was on my side. I sent proof of the nails and they said they would call me back to update me on how they plan to take care of this. I've never experienced such a horrible service and customer service from any business I've ever been to. read more

Stay away. That woman hit the top of my toes with the callous scraper and I have been wearing bandaids for days so that I can wear shoes. Also, she cut two of my toes with the cuticle remover and shaped the nail of one large toe like a pyramid. read more

The salon is not very clean, and there is only one person that does good work in there. There is acrylic dust everywhere, and the same towel and paper towel is used over and over again with each nail client. Their initial prices are cheap, of course. But you are charged for every single little thing that gets done above and beyond that. For example, a fill is $17. If you want gel polish on your nails it's another $5. If you have a broken nail it's $3 dollars. If you want a French tip paint design in nail polish, it's another $5. I've had one really good set on my hands and on my toes done, and they were done by Johnny. That's the best I can say about this place. read more

WORTH THE WAIT!!! I have had a few friends tell me they were unexpectedly impressed with the pedicures they received here. Wanted to treat my mom for Mother's Day and this was the only place open so despite the reviews we gave it a try! While they were extremely busy, had only 2 employees and was closing time by the time they could start our pedis, Johnny did not rush our service or our treatment and really paid extra attention to details. We both found him to be friendly and personable. And while he will straight up tell you that yelp reviews don't matter to him, I would be remiss if I didn't share that this is the best pedicure I personally have had in Cottonwood! read more

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars. First off their colored tips are cheap. When the lady put them on and shortened them one cracked all the way down and she didn't replace the nail. Then she chemical burned me and didn't say sorry or anything. Then after she put the acrylic on and filed them down they were uneven and bumpy. I've had these nails on for a week and they are already starting to come off. Will not come here again. Be warned! read more

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR HEALTH GOING HEAR! READ ALL THE WAY! so i got my nails done hear $35 for a fill and a repaint and fix a broken nail! Not a bad price but you get what you pay for i guess! They didnt have the colors i wanted and when i did pick a color off the gell color menus ( the ones painted on the nails and you find the #) well the color was NOT the same red flag #1! He did my nails horribly crooked he burned my nail bed 10 times yes i counted on top of that i pulled my hand away multiple times when he burnt the hell out of my nails and he would just hold my hand tighter and keep going! I have never felt pain like this! Giving child birth is way easier! Anyway my broken nail he didnt even soak it off HE TORE IT OFF MY NATURAL NAIL red flag #2! I saw they were horrible before i left i did not say anything i should have because they were HORRIBLE my 8 year old could of done better! After 1 day my thumb nail started burning so bad i could not even hold a pen to write for my life it was that painful! I went home soked off the nail to realize the acrylic does not come off ( yes i used the strongest acetone i could get) to come to realize this idiot completely filed off my natural nail by my cuticle! I have been here a few times thinking that maybe i just got a bad nail artist or since i came in at closing they were tired which i know is no excuse but i had a bad experience with every nail artist they are always rushed no matter what time of day that you go in.
