In the end, I paid over $350 just to have my front and back lawn cut and some leaves blown, and the quality of work didn't justify the cost. Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.

Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service.
