My girl and her buddy love movoe nights here. I love the recline feature, easy to fall asleep lol

I love this theatre's because it doesn't get as crazy as all the others. Ample parking and abundance of staff. Decent proces at concessions especially when you are a regal member. Seats in theatre's need to be replaced but still comfy

This used to be my favorite theater to go to by four things started to go down a few years ago and I hadn't been since. I decided to give it another shot today. The only thing good about the experience is we enjoyed the movie the popcorn and the soda the seats were horrible! I felt so disgusted the whole time we were there and itching, which I know was in my hand because of the condition of the seat. Until I hear that they made some major improvements here, I will not be back.

I'm given a 2 because the staff was friendly, but this theater need major updates. My seat was broken didn't recline, others in my group had a broken seat and had to go to a different seat. My daughters seat was leaning. The theater was also HOT and smelled like pee! Just need to close and redo everything. Normally AMC girl, but someone else bought the tickets for today. Definitely won't be back and don't suggest!

People pay too much money to be sitting in raggedy seats. I didnt know this theater was tore up like this. I am ready to go, and want to talk to someone about a refund. I will NEVER come here again. The movie was to start at 10:15, it started at 10:48. We were in the seats at 10:05. They showed commercials and new movie previews for an 1/2 hour. This is ridiculous!!!!

bring a blanket. Seats peel like crazy.

Our local theater. Slowing sliding into the dark depths of despair. Mainly the seats. Most of the seats are pleather and are fading and cracking. The little pieces of pleather will stick to your skin and your clothes for the next few days.

The food lines are long. They never have enough help at concessions. My last 2 visits have included some kind of flying insects in the theatre. Today but movie shut off as the plot was taking off. They turned audio back on but not video because no one bothered to check if it was on correctly. I think I'm done with the Grand.

This new movie theatre was much needed. They tore down the old Hollywood Cinema and built The Grand in the same location. Kenner really has never had a nice place to watch a movie. Your choices back in the 80s, 90s, and the past decade were strictly older movie theatres that sometimes only had one screen or had uncomfortable seats. The end of 2013 brought Kenner's movie theatre options into the 21st century. The Grand seems a tad small but it is very comparable to the AMC Clearview Palace in number of screens and concession options. The seats now are way more luxe than the shabby seats that the former cinema had. Overall this is a clean and comfortable place to watch a movie. Plus it's not overrun by tons of teens so your movie experience will probably be a lot more enjoyable if you come here.

Horrible screen. Theater #11 had a very bright spot in the middle and the projector was not level or centered. Go to AMC.

I love the comfy reclining seats that make you feel like you are basically at home in your living room (with a bunch of strangers, in the dark).

Unfortunately, this visit turned into one of the most frustrating theater experiences I've had. Let's start with the service... or lack thereof. This is easily the slowest movie theater I've ever encountered when it comes to concessions. We stood in line so long that we missed the first 20 minutes of the movie. There was no sense of urgency, no awareness that people are on a time crunch trying to make their showtime. It felt like the staff simply didn't care about the customer experience, which is disappointing for a place where timing is everything. Now, the women's restroom--honestly, unacceptable. It was beyond dirty. Not just "busy night" messy, but clearly not maintained or checked regularly. While I was in there, a woman actually slipped due to urine on the floor. I had to help her regain her balance, and it was genuinely concerning. Every stall I checked had the same issue. That's not just unpleasant--it's a safety hazard. What makes this even more disappointing is that this used to be my theater. I went to school in New Orleans, and this was always my go-to spot. I've recommended it countless times over the years. But after this experience, I can't stand behind that anymore. I'm giving two stars because there is potential here--but it's going to take management stepping up and staff genuinely caring about the guest experience. Until then, I won't be returning.

First, the BS of buying a ticket to have it emailed is just annoying. Person selling the tickets…read moreneeding to get name, email, zip just to sell a ticket slows everything up, then waiting to get the email...then filling out a completely useless waiver. It would be nice if someone did some pest control. We were absolutely ripped apart by fleas or mosquitos or chiggers or something waiting to purchase tickets; which also made the whole annoying process more irritating. Once in line, things were better. There's no kind of entertainment like line actors or even a video screen so dull but, the line moved pretty quickly and we only had about an hour wait. The sets were really well done and the atmosphere was great. The make up was terrible. Several times I was looking at an actor and just thinking 'what is going on with your face'. I know this was opening weekend so maybe they just haven't settled into their roles yet but the acting was also pretty bad. Many seemed to think the best way to scare people was just standing in front of them and screaming. One girl actually said 'help me'. Overall I enjoyed it.

So it's about $30 for a basic entry ticket (before fees) but as you pre-purchase the tickets online…read morethere is add-on after add-on offer which could essentially double the ticket price. I don't have a lot of experience with haunted houses etc but this was fairly well done from a structural point of view. The buildings and maze and props all well done, actors were fine not great. What I don't like beyond the add-on pricing was the fact we got here as they opened on a slow Tuesday night before just before Halloween. They coral you into different lines depending on the level of ticket you get. The basic entry had only about 50 people in front of us. Even though nobody was in the fast pass lines they didn't send people in efficiently or speedily. They made people wait and what should have take 5-10 minute took 45 min +. No bathroom options once you get inside. If you need to go as I didn't not expecting that wait for so few people you need to back out through the line to the porta potty outside and then swim your wave back through the line which at that point had grown 4x due to their inefficiency . Apparently they are trying to prove a point if you don't spend up to any of the higher price points they WILL make you wait even if there are no fast pass ticket holders and no backup. Once inside it probably only takes about 15-20 minutes to go through. Parking while easy the night we went but unorganized and people were parking behind cars to where they couldn't get out so be mindful how you park. Was it fun? MEH it was ok. Was I scared? Not at all, but got a laugh out of it. Overall it's too expensive, not well organized and punish you if you don't fast pass. I wouldn't return.
