DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise…read more $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that go to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open.

If you feel that you've been conned by this company as well, immediately contact KitchenAid or the…read moremanufacture that is supplying the appliances and the Doral Police Department. Would give negative stars if allowed. Beware - Fraudulent Business Practices I'm writing this on behalf of Breakthru Construction, a licensed Florida-based real estate development firm. We contracted with Woodcocks Appliances (an authorized KitchenAid dealer) for the purchase of high-end appliances for two luxury homes in Biscayne Gardens. We paid a total of $37,784.77 on April 14, 2025, with a promised delivery date of April 17. After weeks of delays and excuses, we discovered through KitchenAid that Woodcocks' dealer account had been suspended since January 2025 due to non-payment, and they were not authorized to place new orders--yet they still took our money and claimed the delays were due to backorders. This was completely false. To make matters worse, we accidentally submitted a duplicate order for $19,400 in May, which they initially refused to refund, citing that they had "no funds available." They eventually agreed to issue a refund--but not until August 31, and only if they could obtain a credit line. This company is operating with complete disregard for ethics or transparency. Their behavior reflects what appears to be a Ponzi-style operation: * Taking payments while insolvent * Misrepresenting product availability * Failing to deliver goods * Refusing timely refunds If you are considering doing business with Woodcocks, proceed with extreme caution. We have filed formal complaints with KitchenAid, the Florida Attorney General, and are prepared to take legal action if necessary. This is not just bad customer service--this is fraud.

The team was helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, which made the whole process feel much easier. One of the things that helped me the most was visiting their showroom. Being able to see the pergolas, kitchens, materials, and finishes in person made a big difference and gave me a much better idea of what I wanted for my own space. The final result looks beautiful and has completely changed the way I use my backyard. I'm really glad I chose Luxapatio, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading their outdoor area.

Worst of all they don't respond to you when you need recommendations. Even if you are paying for the actual service. They installed the tile with grout that they just blobbed on which caused all the tile to crack. I had to fight for months to be able to even buy the tile from them to hire someone to fix. The hardi board they used was so thin so I had to have that replaced with a thicker board. Just awful work. And took NO responsibility to repair or recommend a decent repair person. Once they have the project done and your money they don't care!!! Pictures attached of how it looked when the tile was removed. What a crap job.
